This is officially the nicest thermal printer I have owned, and being in the shipping business for over 20 years, that is saying a lot. This is a nice quality, well made and yet light weight printer. Easy to set up, just connect it to either your phone or laptop, then it will print with literally any program from direct shipping all the way to Amazon, eBay and Etsy. I'm a seller on Amazon, eBay and Etsy and finally I can print shipping labels without hassle. No more printing full size paper, hand trimming and using a bunch of tape to stick it to the package. This little guy works well and as it is Bluetooth I can print from my phone and tablet too. The pink is retro and it doesn't look like a gadget. So far I haven't had a single jam.
