Very nice and comfortable. Recliner, reclines just at the perfect level, and supports my back. I could find myself falling asleep when reclined. Height level is perfect, but I prefer the chair at the lowest level for that fact that I'm short 5'5. The quality of the material is very nice and soft. Very easy to roll around and strong and sturdy. The assembling of this chair was so easy a child can put it together. Definitely love it. Definitely darker than the pictures for the product advertised, it's more of a slate dark greyblue but I love any shade of blue so it didn't bother me. Took me about 45 minutes to put together myself, and instructions were simple. When I do work or school it keeps me comfortable while sitting for long durations of time. Only downside that other comments made is the foot rest doesn't extend very far. Im 5'8" and I feel like it's short in that capacity. Other than that I love this chair. ... show more

This chair is comfortable enough, but definitely make sure to keep the tools you use to assemble it around. About once every two to three weeks I find myself having to tighten down the arm rest again as it becomes loose. This may be slightly user error as I have to frequently adjust how I'm positioned in the chair and do use the arm rests to do so, but considering this wasn't an issue with my previous chair I'm not inclined to think it's entirely my fault. I'm also not the most fond of the support pillows and found them to be a bit too stiff for my liking compared to previous chairs I've owned. The neck pillow also sits at an awkward height for me as a 5'0" tall woman, forcing my head downward. As a result, I choose not to use the support pillows. Also, for those who are like me and may be searching the reviews for information on the "faux leather/leather-like fabric," it should be noted that this chair is DEFINITELY closer to fabric than it is leather in terms of texture and feel. It's definitely not anything like the "pleather" like gaming chairs. This has its pros and cons, so consider your needs carefully before dedicating to this chair. While it'll be less prone to cracking and peeling like other chairs, this also means it will stain and grip like fabric. ... show more

Recently purchased this the other day and so far I love it. The footstool is great and everything is well made. Im very tall and the chair could be a few inches taller for my sake but the little pillow does wonders, overall a good size. I have had to retighten the screws since construction but I'll just attribute that to the chair settling. The cushions feel soft and nice to touch. I will update my review in a few months as to whether or not the cushions stay soft. It took me about 45 minutes to construct. ... show more
