The media could not be loaded. Overall a really good chair for the price. The seat is wide enough for me to criss cross and still feel comfortable in it especially when you unfold the foot rest and lean back a little. Cushion Not really firm and in fact if you sit long enough it will flatten out. You might need to buy extra cushion for better support. It comes with the lumbar support pillow but honestly doesn't help because it's also flat. Seat adjustment I wish you can adjust the height to be higher. You can tilt it very far back and can lock the position which is nice. The foot rest is cool but can be a little wobbly if you're on a chubbier side. Head rest is able to adjust height and the angle. Materials Really sturdy because it has 5 legs and very modern. We are chubbier and the chair can handle both of us fine (not like sitting together though! lol)

TLDR: Easy to assemble, fairly comfortable, way too squeaky! I bought this chair to have something better on my neck and general posture. The assembly was extremely easy even for someone who is not handy! The instructions were actually helpful! The only thing I couldn’t figure out how to fully attach is the panel on the back. It pops off easily, but it’s just for looks so no biggie. The chair is pretty comfortable. The seat itself could be cushier, but it’s not bad. I love that you can recline because I’m able to lean back and rest my neck. I always sit with my feet in the chair so it’s nice that I can adjust the foot rest, however it is pretty short for stretching all the way out. I’m only 5’3” and it’s short even for me. I also hate the mesh backing because I find it itchy, but others might find it more breathable. The headrest is fine for a few minutes, but lifts my head too much to be comfortable on my neck for very long. I wish there was a way to lock the position into place because I can’t fully lean back if I want to sit up straight. Now, for the worst part: the squeaking! I can’t even sit in certain positions for long because it squeaks so much with every slight movement. I end up straining my back trying to hold still enough to keep it from squeaking. It is extremely annoying and has been happening from day one. All in all, it does the job and is unique in that it reclines and has the foot rest. I think you get what you pay for, and sadly the market does not offer much in the way of high quality furniture!

This product honestly still amazes me. It's easy to build and the back support is honestly astounding. In the picture, it shows someone's fist going down on the seat to prove the firmness on it and I can say that it is definitely pretty comfy while being firm at the same time. For everything that this product offers, with its price too, I promise you that purchasing this chair is worth it!

For an office chair it’s fine. The leg rest is nice and skids easy. Pretty easy to put together but I needed someone a bit stronger than me to click a few plastic pieces together. I guess that shows quality? I don’t know. But it’s comfy and nice. Down side is that the support pillow is not attached in anyway so it moves easily and is quite small so there really isn’t much support from it in the first place. I use one of my own throw pillows for back support. But otherwise good office chair.
