Really like the chair. The vertical stitching line on the seat and back don’t lineup exactly, so I had initially thought I set up the chair wrong. It seems like this is actually a design or manufacturing flaw. The packaging smelt like a pack of cigarettes when I opened up the box but the chair was fine. Love this chair. We didnt’ install the arm rests so it could fit under our desk. It’s comfortable and stylish. Great chair! The wheels are great and high quality. It doesn’t damage our hardwood floors.

Not as good as I would have hoped this chair would have been. The big complaint are the wheels. They seem to force the whole base to rotate in a circle when you want to move. Easy toe killers. I will be getting some other wheels to see if that helps the situation. Rolling just is unfortunately more difficult in this chair than in any others I’ve had over the years.
