It's a serviceable chair for the price. The seat is comfortable, and it was easy to put together. The armrests are 100% plastic, which isn't the most comfortable, but the chair is sturdy. For larger users, I don't think this chair would work. I'm a smaller woman, and my first thought when sitting in the chair was "wow, this is small." The instructions were clear, the bolts to assemble were packaged in a terrific way to match the instructions exactly, AND the wrench tool is the best one I've ever received with a ready-to-assemble item in this price range. It went together in no time flat. I have a $300 gaming chair that I use at work and I hate it compared to this chair. This chair is so comfortable, easy to build, stylish, and just an overall great chair! If your heavy however you might look at wider options. It’s great for me. I’m 5’7 and between 150-185 (pregnant). I think if I were over 200 this chair would not fit me anymore. Good value for its price. I will say that the back rest part of the chair came with a small tear on it, but it’s not that big of a deal to me. I needed a chair that would put my seat at least 22" up from the floor because of the table I was using it with was taller than a normal desk. It is still a little short, but I cold fix that with a cushion under me. Even without an extra cushion, it is very comfortable and rolls around on my linoleum tile floor VERY well like I'm gliding. It was also easy to put together and came with it's own tool to tighten the screws. The directions say you should check the screws now and again to be sure nothing has come loose. I can't imagine that ever happening. I'm sure they just had to type that in there to cover themselves. I also love that the arm rest fold back so that I can tuck my chair's seat under the table when not in use so that I can move around it with plenty of room. I bought mine in black. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for an adjustable desk chair. ... show more
