I’m giving 5 stars because there is nothing to complain about! This product works well, just as advertised. I notice it relieves joint pain. It is also much easier to stay on than an actual stair master, small victories! I did my first workout on this today and felt like I got a great cardio workout going, you can help isolate different muscles by leaning forward for glute activation or straight up for quads. Overall the sturdies was great! The footing is wide and long, suitable for many people. I debated hard about getting this vs. a walking pad, I am very happy I got this instead. I saved money and I’m saving my joints! The calorie burn is arguably comparable depending on what kind of walking or stepper you are, but with the included arm pulls, there is a little 2 for 1 bonus.

4/5 – Great Low-Impact Workout at Home I’ve been using this exercise stepper for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really pleased with it. It’s compact, easy to store, and surprisingly effective for such a small machine. It’s perfect for getting in a good cardio session without taking up a lot of space or needing a gym. Pros: • Compact & Portable: Fits easily in my living room, and I can tuck it away when not in use. • Low-Impact: Great for joint-friendly workouts, especially if you’re avoiding high-impact exercises. • Effective: Gets my heart rate up and gives my legs a solid burn after just 15-20 minutes. • Sturdy: Despite its size, it feels well-built and stable when in use. • Optional Resistance Bands: Some models come with built-in resistance bands which are great for adding an upper-body component. Cons: • Repetitive Motion: As expected, the motion can get a bit repetitive, so I usually pair it with music or TV. • Not Ideal for Tall Users: I’m average height, and it works fine, but taller users might find the range of motion a bit limited. • Limited Resistance Settings: Some steppers don’t offer much adjustability, so workouts can feel the same unless you change pace manually. Bottom Line: If you’re looking for a convenient, affordable, and effective way to stay active at home, especially on busy days, this stepper is a solid choice. Simple device, the two plastic foot pads are attached at the toe and the heel part goes down maybe to almost 45 degrees down. The knob at first didnt feel like it did much but after about 250 steps i actually start to feel it. I turned the knob just a little back and i can tell it got a lot easier so range of adjustment isn't great but i guess enough for entry level workout. The rubber bicep type pullups are very weak and i wish they were slightly longer to push them above my head but it stops short. For biceps they're just a tad too long and weak. Construction was good, the counter with steps and calorie work well and was easy to reset. Just hold button down when its on time setting. Overall giving this 5 because at first i thought no way will this work but i am actually breathing hard after about 300 steps and pushing those weak bands up lol. Feel it in my thighs which is a great muscle to do cardio. Also this was priced lower then comparable mini steppers so 5 stars for now.

Love this! Easy to use. Not too big so it definitely saves on space! The workout quality and calorie burn is GREAT! It doesn’t weigh too much either so it’s really easy to move around. I usually do it while I watch tv so the time flies by & im always impressed with my stats post workouts on it!

You can really feel the burn in the thighs, it seems very sturdy and durable, I'd say it's a great value for the price and I would genuinely recommend it to anyone looking to get one. Do not expect it to be an easy workout though if you're not already in pretty good shape. I start feeling the burn and needing a break about 4 minutes in. Also wouldn't recommend if you don't have good balance

It’s especially useful if you value convenience, portability, and a low-impact workout in a small space. That said — don’t expect it to replace a full gym or be enough for high-intensity cardio or serious muscle building. I end up using this almost exclusively rather than a treadmill. It gives me a FAR better cardio and strength workout (I am a 6 foot 2 inch tall guy) than the treadmill, and takes up so little space. I have the resistance increased to the max and it works wonderfully and silently. I can actually get high intensity training using this. Had I known this would work this well, I would have skipped buying a treadmill and bought this alone. 5 stars out of 5. Highly recommended!
