I bought this for my classroom and so far I’m loving the quality of this chair and how soft it is. I got it in pink because of course I did ( it’s my favorite color). I like that it comes with a foot rest and it reclines. I’ve only had it a week but I’m pleased with the material and durability. Super easy to install!! I just made sure I had all installation part together before I started the process. The alan wrench tool as actually I really good one, with a hard plastic handle. I didn't have to worry about the discomfort of my fingers as with the traditional alan wrench. My daughter loves the chair and the fact that it practically lays flat and the added pull out foot rest. Love these office chairs! My husband got one on Black Friday and it has held up beautifully. Super comfortable, and love that it reclines and has a foot rest. His was so comfortable, we needed up ordering a second one for my desk and I am very happy with it! Super comfortable, firm and supportive. The fabric is really soft and low pile, so not too hot. The color is slightly darker than shown online (I got the sage green). It's mostly comfortable, but I wish the arm rests were adjustable to be more forward. My arms sit at a tight angle with the current setup. For a $160, I expected it to be higher quality. The frame seems a little unstable/wobbly. The weight overall is good; not too light or heavy.I didn't appreciate the lack of instructions, especially since there are a lot of specific pieces. I was looking forward to the footrest, due to chronic pain, but you have to get up out of the chair to pull it out, and it takes a lot of force to get it to move. Like, putting a foot down on the legs so that it doesn't roll away and yanking with two hands to get the foot rest to pull out. This aggravates arthritis and is very inconvenient. I'm not sure if WD40 would help or not. ... show more

    • Extremely Disappointed With Quality and Customer Service

We are extremely disappointed with both the quality of these chairs and the customer service we received. We reached out well within the appropriate timeframe for a refund, and the claim that our issue was due to “long‑term use” is simply not true. The chairs were in use for less than two months before they started failing, and I contacted the seller within 10 weeks, which was still inside the stated Amazon refund window (January 31, 2026). Despite this, our concerns were dismissed. The chairs themselves turned out to be extremely poor quality. The arms don’t stay tightened and constantly wobble. The chairs feel unstable and not sturdy at all. They also randomly lower themselves while we’re sitting in them, which is both frustrating and unprofessional for a product marketed for daily use. The seller did send replacement parts, but they were completely unusable to us — even with three people trying, none of us were able to remove the existing part to install the replacements. When we explained this, the seller repeatedly requested video proof of the chairs lowering on their own. We explained multiple times that this happens randomly and we work in the medical field — we can’t sit around waiting to catch it on camera. At first, we genuinely liked these chairs. But after only a short time, they have become nothing but unreliable, wobbly, unstable garbage. The way this situation was handled is unacceptable. We will not purchase from this seller again, and we hope others are aware of these issues before wasting their money. The disappointment is incredibly frustrating, and the lack of accountability from the seller only made it worse ... show more
