The walkpad is extremely faulty as the area that you walk on constantly shifts while walking which can lead to injury. The power cord came damaged and the walkpad gets extreme hot starts making a weird sound even after using the tub to oil the belt. I would not consider this walkpad a good buy nor is it safe. Great product for the price! Great customer service. I did have an issue with realignment after I had loosened the walking pad to oil it. I wasn’t unable to get it realigned again. The commons was very responsive, worked closely to resolve the issue, and I was sent a replacement. Too notch, highly recommended. My advice would be to follow the directions to the letter when oiling. Me personally, I will be finding alternative ways of oiling it without having to loosen it at all. ... show more

Great product, doesn’t take up much space, easy to use, control is very intuitive. Just remember to attach the security lock, if it’s not on (magnetic) the walker will display an error. Makes an odd Noise now and then if I go too fast. But otherwise serves it's purpose.

Idk why anyone has anything bad to say abt this, it amazing!! I absolutely recommend it’s a 10 out of 10. I use it on the carpet. I use it on the hardwood floor. It works just fine. It comes with a little remote. There’s even a feature that when you step off of it, it stops. I think it’s worth every penny. Very disappointed. It doesn't work. It's stuck in this "E 14" mode. Already not thrilled about how short the plug is but it's also quite ridiculous that it's located in the front of the pad. I'd literally have to face the wall to use this thing. It was delivered last night around 8:45pm. We heard a loud bang minutes before but didn't think anything of it. This morning when I tried setting the pad up and it wasn't working I thought to look at the doorbell cam. Well, the delivery guy dropped it against the stairs and pushed it up to the door which is crazy because it's not even heavy enough to be doing all that. So I don't know if it's not working because of that or if it was just faulty from the jump. Either way, it's a dud 🙄 ... show more
