    • Integrity matters
I originally bought it here on Amazon. I took it out of the box and the control panel would not light up so I could not use it. I contacted the company for warranty and they promptly are going to send me a new air fryer. That’s what I call great customer service. They just asked a few questions about the product. ... show more

    • It doesn't work
I pre-heated the air fryer, per the instructions, and it stopped working. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $ on a Ninja Air Fryer. I returned this one and bought the Ninja. It worked perfectly right out of the box.

    • Small low profile that works
I wanted a smaller low profile air fryer & it took me days of research to find this one. I could have paid $80 for one that had lots of bells & whistles, but this one fit my needs. I didn't need one big enough to cook a chicken! I plugged it in tested it & tried it out a recipe right away & it worked wonderfully. I made an open face sandwich with a chaffle covered with cheese, slices of tomato, a grilled onion (that only took 3 minutes to crispin up in the air fryer) topped with bacon, I had already cooked. It was a wonderful little treat that took no time at all. If you're looking for an inexpensive air fryer that fits on your counter , this would do the trick. ... show more

It's decent my only issue is the piece that goes inside. The paint flakes off easy and it rusts over on those points. That piece of hard to clean and stains easy. After scrubbing it vigorously and throwing it in the dish washer it still has old food stuck to it. It's very annoying. Other than that no issues. I make shrimp and salmon in this thing constantly with no issues. ... show more

    • Easy to use and cooks very well
Bought this air fryer a few months now. Works great so far and everything cooks really well if you follow the instructions. I didn't know I could jerk chicken in it but I did and it turned out great.

    • DO NOT BUY
This product sucks. It does not turn on properly. I've found if I jam the basket in hard or bang the top a bit roughly, it will light up the menu. If you can make it come on, it works until the mid-cylcle rearrange, then good luck getting it back on again. I wish I had opened it before my return window closed! DO NOT BUY!! ... show more
