I was really looking forward to my first air fryer, I bought it for myself as a birthday gift. It looks nice and would have been great except it does not work. I tried several times to do the initial preheat before using the first time and it doesn't heat up at all. The fan runs but only blows cold air. It is extremely annoying that I get sent a defective item and then have to wait up to 30 days for a refund. Meanwhile, my money is in limbo and I cannot buy something else.
