The media could not be loaded. Best 40$ I have ever spent! It does the job every time! It heats up very fast very versatile and very easy to clean. It’s touch screen and can adjust the temperate to 425 I believe I don’t ever use it over 400. I’ve been using it a while. I use liners to keep it clean. I also go those off of Amazon 100 sheets for 5$. The size is perfect for the counter easy to move around or transport if you need.
