It has only been a few nights since our new bed got here. But so far my husband and I LOVE it! The features are all so great. The mattress we find really comfortable, but for people who prefer or need a firmer mattress, this is not for you. My husband has acid reflux, and snores so. very. loud. I'd been looking into a bed like this for us for awhile because of it. Now, he either doesn't snore, or it's a soft snoring, which I'm certainly grateful for. I like to read in bed before going to sleep, and normally use a billion pillows to prop myself up, and try to keep from straining my back and/or my neck. But this has made reading in bed the most comfortable experience ever. I look forward to it even more. And I've noticed my back and neck aren't in as much pain as usual. Our sleep still hasn't been perfectly sound, but we're getting used to what settings our bodies need to get more restful sleep. As far as the "ideas" that the review bar is suggesting I write on: value for money, fantastic. I've been pricing this beds for a couple years now, and all the features this one comes with makes it the most affordable adjustable base + mattress that I've seen. Height is adjustable. It's fairly tall at the highest setting. I'm 5'9", and can sit on it without needing to jump up, but it's a slight climb, and I'd suggest anyone shorter should shorten the legs when assembling it. Ease of assembly, a breeze! I noticed other reviews talking about the weight being an issue, and needing multiple people to help move the various parts. We got the split king, and didn't have a problem with the weight. We're also in our 30s and fairly fit. We each set up our own half of the bed, and placed without much issue. Though if you need to bring the boxes up and down stairs, get help. They are quite heavy, and could be an issue for anyone needing to navigate stairs. As far as size, the mattress sits wider than the base, maybe by like an inch or two. Also, if you have a nightstand, you'll want to move it closer to the mid point of the bed, not at the top of the head. It's impossible to reach when you're sitting up if you don't. Or at least, very difficult. Noise level: I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the motor is! I never have to worry about disturbing my husband if I need to adjust my side after he's asleep. The massage function is pretty loud, though. It scared our cat, lol. All in all, a fantastic product. Especially if you've been looking for a bed like this and you have a tight budget. Strongly suggest for anyone with issues sleeping, as well.

We bought this to replace a non-functioning king adjustable base and mattress that was too hard. It arrived in 2 days, and was very easy to assemble. Very comfortable and after one night, we already feel we are sleeping better. The massage settings are a bit loud after the first setting, but not unbearable. Mattresses and bases seem to be of good quality. We priced competitor options, and kept coming back to this set for the price point and features available such as the head tilt and lumbar support that were not included on others at this price point.

Only downside is side was the assembly. Even though it is a twin bed it is immensely heavy bed. Assembly was not so straight forward and took extra time to figure out some parts.

Note: Only knocking the 5th star off due to an unresolved minor Customer Service issue. Product review is toward the end of the review. The frame and mattresses arrived within just a couple days and I had no issue coordinating with the local carrier. Boxes appears to be in great shape, but had a couple issues with one of the two frames and remotes. One frame was in perfect condition. The second appears to have been compressed/bent in storage or shipment and one corner sits about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch lower than the other. Not a big deal and not noticeable when the mattresses are in place. Along with that apparent compression damage, the remote for that frame was crushed. It still works, but there is a notable dent in the top cover, and the battery cover won’t snap in place due to the dent pushing the batteries out further than the cover allows. I called customer service the day I received the frame to request a replacement remote. I logged a ticket with the call-center style answering service and they said that a service specialist would be in contact. The service specialist called me later that same day, but I was unable to answer at the moment and they left a voicemail. No big deal. I called them right back to no answer and left my own voicemail. It was near the end of the business day on a Friday, so I didn’t expect a call back until that following Monday. Still waiting on a call back (it’s been 2+ weeks at this point). While I could keep calling them until I get something, the remote does technically work and the issue is aesthetic. Would still appreciate a call and replacement remote whenever they realize my ticket is still floating out there. Remove that issue and the product review would honestly be a 5-star. As far as the product goes, I have zero complaints. Assembly was super easy with two people. It basically comes ready to rock and you just need to unfold it then install legs and the power adapter. Works as advertised and we’re sleeping noticeably better than on our old pillow top. We were concerned that the Medium Soft mattress might be too plush based on other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised that it met my expectation of the description. Glad we went for the upgraded version with the head tilt, as it really does make reading/watching TV a much more comfortable endeavor. The memory and preset adjustments are super handy and we haven’t had any issues utilizing them. The “massage”, aka frame vibrator, feature is what you’d expect, and I’m not sure I’ll use it but that’s just personal preference. For anyone who might be interested, be aware that the handbook states you shouldn’t leave it running for more than 30 minutes to avoid overheating the motor. The more you know. All in all, we are very happy with the product and have found ourselves awkwardly interjecting the topic into casual conversation.

This is a solid set of twin beds. I wanted to place them inside our four-poster king bed frame. If you too want to put them inside a current bed frame and/or get them up a level of stairs you'll need help . . . unless you are unusually strong. I measured the inside width of my bed frame and it was 79.5", the bed is a smidgen over 80". Thus they are too close together to operate without rubbing each other even without bedding. So now I'm building an 8" plywood platform to raise the twin beds above the bed rails that keeps them from separating enough for friction free operation. I'll be fine once I get them up and over the rails. Now, as to the beds themselves, they are quite good. True, we've only had them week but everything works and does so quietly and smoothly. I downloaded the app onto my iPhone and it works splendidly. I prefer it because the remotes, which also work well, have a backlight on the keyboards that goes off too quickly to allow you to fine tune the adjustments when in the dark. Not an issue with the app. Yes, with their price they are an investment. However I feel it worthwhile because of the quality of the product and the fact that they are an American company.
