I love this cage. I've had the same cage for guinea pigs and Holland lops through the years. It's long enough that there's some space to run, and a loft area that they can go to for even more exploration. The hay feeder is sturdy and on the 2nd level. The cage has to be cut on the wires to fit many common food bowls that have locks so they can't be flipped. The wire walls are easy enough to trim with wire cutters so you can add tunnels to other cages for more room for your bigger animals, as well. We use this as more space and for somewhere for our tube to go to with our Omelet brand accessories. I'd even suggest this for a hamster cage as being enough room in itself! The bottom bits of all floors slides out for easy cleaning after hay is removed, and the wood doesn't fray and break as soon as a buck-toothed animal gets the urge to try to escape. It also has a latch lock for the main opening and the two door openings. It looks nice enough. It's not like a modern cabinet dog house, but for the price, you really can't beat the size and looks. We've bought at least 4 of these cages over the last 4 years, and the quality is always standardized. It's fairly easy to put together. I get frustrated easily, so my husband had to do it for me. However, if you make sure your walls are facing in and out where they should be (inside is the inside, outside is the outside) and you don't get them turned around, your frustration levels should stay pretty low.

Incredible quality for the money. I’ve raised rabbits for about 15 years and this is by far the coolest hutch I’ve had. They really thought of everything. Pre-drilled holes (even for the latches!), metal bite protection on the ramp, a metal rack to hold the ramp bottom, and so many doors! I was hesitant to purchase from other reviews but I’m so glad I did! It was a bit intimidating out of the box but it was easier than it looks. Took me alone about 50 minutes to do. Everything is clearly labeled and hardware is separated and labeled. The only thing I would change (which I’m going to add) is some way to keep the interior door at the top of the ramp open. I saw another reviewer added a magnet- that sounds simple enough. I should add it has a very strong smell of cedar (I’m not sure if it is cedar, just smells like it) out of the box so if you’re at all sensitive to smells, be sure to have proper ventilation or put it together outside. Overall, a great product and I would 100% recommend.

It's very nice. I was surprised at the quality and how easy it goes together. The metal frame is good for appearance, strength and chew resistance. However, the wire doors have only a very small opening. I needed the whole wire panel to open so I could put my rabbit's litter box inside. The opening is only about 8 inches wide and 5.5 inches high. For some small pets you could put the litter box at the bottom of the ramp,, but that won't work for my big rabbit. I'm hoping I can sell it, because it would be very hard to pack it up in the box to return it.

Absolutely disgusting quality, if I could give this 0 stars I happily would. As soon as we pulled it out of the box there was a horribly strong chemical smell from the paint. The craftsmanship was very poor. I don’t feel comfortable putting my guinea pigs in it at all, even after cleaning it. There was a huge amount of fiber glass shavings in the grooves of the ramp. Please avoid buying this, for the safety of your fur babies…

Great hutch! Easy to put together, my daughter and I (Mom) put it together. Recommend using a drill. The ramp seemed really steep, but both her baby bunnies got used to it after a few trips up and down. Would maybe recommend to the seller to reinforce the middle of the cage with one more little beam under where the ramp meets the top room but ALL IN ALL I still give it 5 stars!! It's pretty dang sturdy but another beam would make it dang solid. Was worried about my dog jumping on it, but he's been great. Thank you very much. We raise rabbits outside. I would say this is definitely for inside. Design is super cute!! Would buy from this seller again. Decent shipping speed through fed ex! Came a day sooner than the delivery day bracket.

I really like the look of this hutch. I have 2 young dwarf rabbits and I wish it was a little bigger. The wood is finished with a stain or paint that looks nice, but is very strong smelling,even after leaving outside for a few days. Ive been using it for a couple weeks now and when im close I can still smell it. The bottom floor has a couple pretty big design flaws: there is nothing preventing the floor to slide out all the way the back or front, meaning there is no stopper. There is no latch to keep the rabbits from sliding it out. There are also large gaps where it slides allowing poop, hay, pellets, everything to fall into the gaps and jamming up the flooring and get get gross really fast, then when you finally jiggle the floor free, everything that fell into the gap falls to the floor. There are also TWO lips up from the floor to the wire walls making it every difficult to attach things that need to sit on the floor but still be attached to the wire wall to keep in place. Setting up:as other reviews stated, you need to be very carefull putting the screws in, the wood splits very easily. You'll need to drill your own holes before putting the screws in to prevent splitting. There are a lot of access doors which is very nice. Rabbits have already chewed quite a bit of the wood, but that's to be expected.
