As someone who cannot handle propane heater fumes, this was exactly what I needed to keep myself and company warm. I was shocked how much heat it puts off. And the selling point for me is that it rotates! So it can keep several of us warm instead of just baking the one closest to it. I can feel the heat 5-6ft away too which is great. Because it’s infrared the heat stays on me instead of blowing away like ceramic heaters do. And it is silent and unobtrusive to the setting. Works exactly as I expected. Feeling chilly, turn the switch and the heat is instant. So easy. It is super quiet and doesn’t interfere with conversations. The oscillating warms more area and keeps two to four people comfy on the patio. Fits the bill perfectly.
