**after putting in a return request for Amazon, the seller contacted me and attempted to troubleshoot with me to fix the issue. When it couldn’t be fixed they offered to send me another unit at no cost and I didn’t even need to send back the old one. Great company, very helpful and understanding. I’m updating my review to 5 stars for the excellent customer service.*** I got this to try to move more after sitting all day at work. I noticed that the tread was leaning quite a bit to left and would make odd noises so I got the manual and read instructions on how to fix this. I did exactly what it said, but the tread bunched up even further to that side. I tried to fix it by straightening both sides and got the tread right in the middle, then tightened both sides. No matter what I try, the tread shifts completely to the left, bunches up, and damages the tread.

It only goes up to 3 mph and it stops abruptly. Sometimes it makes a screech noise, but overall good for a standing desk while working. You can’t work and walk to fast. Decent value for the money.

I ordered the Superun Rowing Machine for Home. It is a great addition to my workout routine. The assembly is easy. The instructions are clear. All tools are included. I set it up in less than 30 minutes. It does not wobble. One great feature is the 32 levels of magnetic resistance. I can easily adjust it from light warm-ups to harder rowing sessions. The motion is smooth. It is also very quiet. This makes it good for apartments or morning workouts when I do not want to disturb anyone. The LED monitor tracks important stats. I also like the free PitPat app. It connects easily. The app has interactive training programs and challenges. These keep my workouts interesting. The seat is comfortable. I added this rowing machine to my home setup, the build is sturdy, and I like the seat and handle are designed for longer sessions. With many different settings, I was able to adjust depending on the type of workout I want. The transitions between levels are smooth, and the magnetic keeps everything quiet which is great since I often exercise early in the morning, and I dont want to disturber anyone in the house. The led monitor is easy to read. I mostly track time and calories, but I appreciate that it also shows tempo, resistance, and split data. And I do love it comes with a phone holder is convenient to watch videos while I'm doing workout. Assembly was pretty simple, Last thing is it also easy to move around with build in wheels.

I've been using this rower for a while now and I like it. It's very quiet, which was important for me living in an apartment. I can watch TV while I use it without turning the volume up high. It has a lot of resistance settings so I can make my workout easier or harder depending on how I feel. Putting it together was not too bad; it took me about half an hour with the tools that came in the box. It feels solid and doesn't take up too much space.
