I am 69 years old, about 20 lbs. overweight, and out of shape. Otherwise, in good health. I still work full time in an office environment. I started tracking my steps and found I was walking about 2600 steps per day. I started adding 200 steps per day each week and worked my way up to 5000 steps. This is a good level for improved health, but some days it's a challenge to work this into the routine. That's why I bought this. It was a little challenging to install the columns and tray. The instructions aren't great, and I'm not handy, but I managed it in about 30 minutes. The base treadmill is sturdy, takes up very little space, and I'm finding it easy to use and to get in my daily steps. I haven't yet connected the Bluetooth, so I can't comment on that yet. I am not yet able to walk without holding on having an issue with balance. My one warning is that if you lean on the columns too much, they will drop down, and this could cause an accident. It doesn't matter how much I tighten the bolts. I am careful, and this is not a major concern, but it's worth one star. It's possible that I didn't install correctly, but I don't think so. I do think that my balance will improve. Overall, I think this is a great value for the money. It's going to do what I want it to do assuming that it will last for a long time.

So far so good! My husband said it was easy to put together as it came in only three pieces. It's a great treadmill for the price. I live in a small apartment as you can see and it fits well in small rooms. I have used it twice thus far and it's great. I like that it has cup holders and a phone/tablet holder to keep me entertained and hydrated on my walks. Definitely a great buy! It does produce a bit of noise so hopefully I won't bother the downstairs neighbors by walking. If you live in an apartment above the 1st floor, definitely be careful if you intend on running. It will create excessive noise.

After going through a couple treadmills for my wife, I figured I’d try this one for her and honestly so far it’s amazing! She uses it a lot and because of the app it came with it kind of “motivates” her to want to use and have fun with it!! She loves the treadmill, thank you for putting handle bars attached to it. The safety magnet is pretty cool on it. Also it comes with a cool little bracelet that tracks your calories and heart rate. Easy to assemble. Didn’t quite understand the instructions but then again it was pretty much common sense. Highly recommend. Solid sturdy and very quiet.

The bottle holder looks lovely. The treadmill is small but still has enough space for me to run! It’s easy to assemble just follow the instructions and you‘re good to go. Use it for a 20 minutes brisk walk every night to cut down on sugar. Highly recommended!
