The media could not be loaded. (really 4.9 stars) I am really happy I bought the SuperRun. It is very sturdy and well-built, and I got it together in about 7 minutes, solo (even though my husband asked, it was too easy to play damsel in distress LOL) There is literally nothing about this machine I don't love. It is very responsive to the remote control, which has a wrist band so you can wear it and use it to change speeds and again - very responsive. There is no waiting around when you click the remote button up to whatever speed you are looking for. Someone once sarcastically mentioned the waste of a remote when reviewing walking pads/mini treadmills - which tells me they have never actually used this type of machine. The remote is essential to those who use it under a desk while working. You can't see the display, you can't use the display while working at a desk, and you can't try to walk, while looking under the desk to see your speed. The remote really helps when you need to stop, pause, start while working and walking. So, this system on this treadmill, being so responsive is a big reason I am giving it 5 stars. Except for one tiny issue. While walking higher speeds, with the display bar up, there have been 2 times I have gotten a shock when I reached for the bar when it was upright - like a static electricity shock. At first, I thought it was because I was walking in socks and only had the machine for 15 minutes so maybe I brought static with me as soon as I jumped on it and tested it out. But the second time, I was in my sneakers, had a really comprehensive look at what the issue could be and as the mat is rubber - I have no explanation for this. I have read other reviewers for other treads mention the same experience so I am unsure what the issue could be. But I put my exercise towel on the bar for the most part anyway, so it is no problem at all to me and I have had for over a month now and it has only happened those two times. Considering I also paid $60 less for mine because apparently orange was not the most popular color for this machine (every other color was $50-$60 more) so all in all the price is more than fair (about $200 after tax). I am always so excited to use this machine and put steps on my watch, to study or watch lectures while walking, and even take tests online while walking - it is super stable. The length is totally fine - for someone with balance issues - it's the universal width of compact treadmills I have issue with. Concerning all compact treads, they really ought to be wider. Having one that can fit under a desk or under a bed is great - but honestly - it's not its purpose, and wider decks would not infringe on this feature. The track should be at least 20-22" and there really is no reason why they can't make them safer in this way. Another reason I got the SuperRun - the bright orange line down the center helps my balance issues (bad ankle) a lot. Pros - very sturdy, well-built, light enough for me to slide the box through the house to where I want it, barely-any-if-at-all, easy assembly, price point, responsiveness, remote control and wristband, aesthetics - bright stripe in the center to assist in keeping my balance, so much fun! I actually love walking more on this than in hot, humid, Florida ScorchedEarth weather!! Cons - just the static electricity (but I just got a mat for underneath it, it WAS on carpet, so hopefully that does the trick. And don't do what I did - test the sufficiency of the magnetic safety plug while you are walking. LOL It stops immediately! Great if you are actually falling - not so much when you are mid-stride! :) Lastly, I am very happy I read the reviews. I have never saved money in purchasing exercise equipment, I only look for the best, with the best reviews, but I wanted to save money and spend less figuring out if I would actually use a treadmill. It turns out I LOVE it. With such high reviews and low price point, it is one the very best purchase decisions I have made. And I will keep this one in my office while I go on a hunt for a commercial sized treadmill for an exercise room. Very Happy with this purchase! (Now, I am going to add oil to the machine, I can hear that it needs it...) ... show more

After reviewing so many treadmills, I picked this one and I like that it fits in a tight space and doesn't look bulky. It's nice and sturdy and I love the pitpat app option since there are no preset programs. Only con is there is no pulse reading which is very important to me so I can stay within my target heart rate while exercising. ... show more

When my husband opened the treadmill which was a Christmas present, it did not work. We called the CS number for Superun and they determined that they would need to replace it. They immediately sent me a prepaid FedEx label and arranged a convenient time to have FedEx pick up the machine. As soon as it was picked up, they started the process to obtain a new treadmill to be sent to me. The whole time, their CS team were in contact with me via email to keep me posted. They emailed me the tracking when it was shipped and it was received yesterday and works perfectly!!! I am very happy with their handling of this whole situation.
