Great treadmill. It comes well-packed and with everything you need: including instructions and tools. No effort is needed to assemble it, just plug it in and raise the handbar and it is ready to go. I like its versatility because you can easily bring down the hand bar and use the treadmill under a desk if you are working and you want to walk. A great tool I liked is the remote control, you can increase speed using the remote so you don't need to necessarily use the hand bar. It is quite, I am using it in an apartment and it doesn't make noise. I would recommend placing it under a mat. I am very satisfied and I would recommend this treadmill because it is not as expensive as professional equipment and it is very good for exercising and doing some cardio at home. A+++ ... show more

    • Love, Love, Love This Walking Pad!
I'm in mad love with my walking pad! Easy to put together, easy to use, easy to store, easy to get some cardio in while watching TV, listening to music, whatever! This comes unassembled but I was able to put it together myself in less than 15 minutes. It is a bit heavier than what I was expecting but it's still very manageable and there are wheels on it to make moving easy. I store it under the bed in my guest bedroom and roll it out to my living room nightly while watching TV. There's a stand across the front of the bar where you can place your phone, a book, whatever. It comes with a remote control for easy increase/decrease in speed. Also, if you want a walking pad rather than a traditional treadmill type of machine, you can fold the bar down. As of today I've been using my CT05 for about 3 months every day and it's working as expected. Very easy to set up and use. Extremely simple interface and very few buttons to push. Turn it on, set the speed and go. I haven't noticed anything with the treadmill that's poor quality. I see the current Amazon listing says loading the PitPat app is required to use the treadmill but I did not have that restriction with mine. I just turn it on and it works. If I had to buy it again and had that requirement, I'd pass because I just want the treadmill and don't need any extra connectivity app. Why it's now listed as a requirement I don't know. The only issue I had with mine is the remote control does not work with my treadmill and, though Superun support was a bit reluctant to just send another one and had me jump through lots of hoops to diagnose the issue, they finally sent me TWO remotes to try but none of them work. The treadmill connects to my phone just fine (unfortunately I had to load up the PitPat app for troubleshooting) so maybe the treadmill is set to a Bluetooth frequency different than what the remote is. It's OK since the controls are right there on the handle anyway. Probably would never use the remote anyway. Only other complaint is the handle is angled too far forward and, if you want to hold on for any reason, it places you kind of far forward on the treadmill and I'd rather be back a bit, more in the middle of the pad. The handle seems to be adjustable but it has a specific detent on it where it attaches to the treadmill frame and not seating in that detent makes the handle a bit loose in spite of the pressure clamps. Be nice if I could stand that straight up rather than angled forward. It's a decent product overall. I'd buy it again unless the PitPat app was required. ... show more

I live in very cold winter climates And walking every day in the snow and ice can be dangerously slippery I’ve always been hesitant to buy any kind of treadmill because of the amount of space they take up This is easy to use and works perfectly It’s quiet and helps me get my walk in when it’s rainy or cold But I love that the handle folds down and it slips under a bed I’m able to slide it up to my desk to work while I get some steps in And then it folds down and slips under the bed until next time No more treadmill covered In laundry! Keeping it folded up and away when I’m not using it also ensures no accidents from kiddos trying to use it which I appreciate so much Several grandkids here and safety was a major concern! ... show more

As an individual dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I invested in the SuperRun treadmill with high hopes for a reliable and durable piece of equipment. Contrary to my expectations, my interaction with this treadmill was disappointing, marked by a motor failure after only two months, coupled with the recurrent emergence of an Error 5 message. The SuperRun treadmill initially presented itself as an ideal enhancement to my fitness regime, boasting a sleek design and features that promised to elevate my exercising experience. Regrettably, this promise was short-lived, as the treadmill ceased to function due to a motor breakdown, leaving it unusable. The issue was further exacerbated by the persistent Error 5 message, which was cryptic and offered no straightforward resolution or troubleshooting method. Despite diligent attempts to rectify the problem using the provided guides and manuals, the treadmill failed to return to a working condition. Finally found out it was the motor died and now I have an extra large paper weight. To sum up, the SuperRun treadmill might seem attractive initially, but its fleeting performance and unreliability considerably detract from its appeal. I advise potential purchasers to tread carefully and consider other options to circumvent the aggravation of an early breakdown. ... show more
