I wasn’t sure what to expect with a foldable scooter, but this thing has really impressed me. It’s lightweight enough that I can get it in and out of the car without feeling like I’m wrestling a tank, and the foldable design makes storage super easy. The 48V battery holds a solid charge and gets me around both indoors and outdoors without worrying I’ll run out halfway. The ride feels stable with the 4-wheel setup, and the adjustable seat is actually comfortable for longer outings. I’ve taken it to the store, around the neighborhood, even on a weekend trip, and it’s handled it all. If you need something compact, reliable, and easy to manage, this scooter really checks the boxes.

Almost killed myself on this thing. The only brake this thing has is on one of the rear wheels. Does not stop the scooter on a flat surface let alone any kind of an incline.

I don't know where to begin with this amazing Foldable Aluminum Pro Mobility Scooter! This arrived the next day, so shipping speed is A+. The person handling this package followed my directions and called me when he tried to leave the package out to make sure I know it arrived(this wasn't requested but the person went above and beyond because this is a special item), and he left it as per my notes, that's another A+. The package has a very extremely sturdy box, the cardboard is heavy duty and almost unbendable to protect the item during shipping process, which it did perfectly upon arrival. A+. Upon opening the box, the components are nicely wrapped, easy to understand how to install, and instruction manual was included with pictures and easy to understand instructions. The scooter is already half assembled because it is a foldable scooter, and I only had to install the seat, the basket, and the battery, and the wheels. The fact that this came with an extra battery and the charger is definitely an A+ because we need to have two batteries for interchanging between uses. This is very thoughtful of the manufacturer to include 2 batteries instead of just 1! The design of this mobility scooter is very sleek design and very likable. It does not feel like one of those old people scooter where you kind of feel old when you sit on it. This scooter feels kind of playful and young. It does not have seat handles on the sides, making it easy to get on and off the scooter, and it is foldable, so the seat just flips down when you want to put it in your trunk with no hassle. The battery compartment is very tiny compared to other brands, and it is very easy to snap the battery into place for a few hours of ride. The suspension of this scooter is very good. It rides so smoothly you don't feel any obvious bumps when in use. The battery power will show on one of the panels on the handle bar so you will know exactly when you need to change your battery. The basket is very deep and you can put many things in there without a problem. It holds to the handle bar really well. This scooter can go forward AND reverse. Amazing! It says that it can withhold weight up to 330 lbs. So far for my trial, it is more than enough. No one in my family weights that much, and we feel the ride is smooth as can be, and easy to use, easy to put away, best of all, it saves someone's aching knees from needing to walk the distance. The receiver of this item is so happy and delighted that it made their day. This item definitely deserves 5 stars, and I highly recommend it.

I was very pleased when I received this scooter. It is a good-looking, well-constructed scooter capable of handling up to 330 pounds. I am over 250 lb, and it has no problem carrying and transporting me at all. It moves me around at a brisk walking speed, easily able to keep up with the people walking with me, and it is easy to modulate the speed with the right thumb throttle control. It has a lock on the brake that acts like a parking brake so it won't roll away if you stop on an incline, and an easily switchable forward and reverse. The turning circle is good and it is easy and comfortable to ride. Both the handlebars and seat are adjustable for height so you can find the perfect position. I'm 6 foot 3, and it will adjust high enough for me to be comfortable. The rubber handlebar grips are comfortable to hold and the seat is easy to be in even for an extended time. There is plenty of room in the frame to get in and out, but the seat does not swivel to the side for ingress or egress. It folds very quickly and easily. Remove the seat, which folds for easy storage, drop the handlebars (if they're up) and pull the folding lever, and the handlebars and front stem fold flat up against the frame in an instant. In the folded position, it's light enough to lift and easily fits into the trunk of a compact car. If weight is an issue for lifting, the battery is easy to remove and can be taken out before lifting it into the trunk to further reduce the weight. It comes with a charger and two batteries, and has a storage box for the second battery under the seat, so if you run out of juice on the first battery the second is right there ready to go with a quick swap. I have not yet probed the full range on a battery charge, but I have been very pleased with it so far. There is a battery meter on the handlebars and an even more detailed one on the battery itself, so it is easy to stay informed of your remaining charge. It also comes with a handy accessory handlebar bag to carry items in, which is a nice touch. It was simple to assemble, but does require some tools which are not included. I used a socket and ratchet wrench to tighten the front wheels onto the spindles. It does come with the allen key needed to drive the small screws for the front fenders. Everything else is a slip fit or hand clamp operation. Easy. This scooter performs well indoors and outside on concrete (and I would assume hard-packed dirt or gravel as well, but I have not tested it). It is not an off-road scooter for grass, dirt, sand, or bumps, even though it does have a front suspension to help absorb the impact of small bumps like concrete expansion joints which makes it even more comfortable to ride. It has no lights or reflectors so it is intended for daylight or indoor use only. I do need to mention that when it came, reverse was not working. I could click the switch into reverse, but it would still go forward. When I contacted their customer service, I received an immediate response and after a few simple diagnostics, the company has offered to send me a new unit to replace the defective one. So, their customer service is responsive and great as well, which is a bit of a surprise, but I'm truly very pleased. I can recommend this scooter.

I am glad I have the SuperHandy scooter when walking around the house is painful. It is useful when I am in the park or the mall and walking on hard surfaces bothers my knees or feet. However, as a replacement for my wife's mobility scooter, which is my initial reason for getting the SuperHandy, it is not. So, this review is biased toward that purpose. The parking brake is difficult to engage. There may be an adjustment that makes it easier, but I have yet to look into that. The brake can sometimes lock up even when moving slowly. Due to the scooter's lightweight and narrow tires, it doesn't stop immediately. Controlling the speed can be difficult due to the highly responsive accelerator. It lacks a separate controller that limits the speed, often found in other mobility scooters. Its turning radius could be better. It is hard to maneuver in tight spaces. It does not have armrests, which is essential for someone with weakened arms who tends to tire quickly. The seat is uncomfortable. The assembly instructions in the Operator's Manual and the assembly video on the Amazon website are easy to follow. It has two rechargeable batteries, so it is suitable for longer rides.
