A great vaccuum. Would be a little better if the rubber went all the way around the bottom. Price comparison is not bad considering a name brand one is over $3k. Its never broke down on me, considering how hard my guys are on equipment. Thing is pretty sturdy. If it plugs up...tilt it backwards and it usually unplugs its self. We use it to suck up leaves, and small debris when we are done with a tree job.

This company does not fully support there product. It did not work when I got it and had to provide a film on how I filled up the tank, how I started it, etc., etc. They sent me a new carburetor, but it still didn’t work. I took it to a small engine mechanic, who said the internal Timing was not correct. I had to pay to find that out. When I let the company know they sent me a new motor. I had to pay to have that put in. It did work. But the chipper is not very good. It sucks OK but if the product is wet, it clogs up the channel and you have to take it apart. they will give me $100 for my troubles instead of what is really owed. I have to do it through PayPal they said. PayPal has ripped me off so many times I finally just quit PayPal and they will not pay any other way. I do not recommend this product at all.

This product is not what I expected it to be. The vacuum nozzle is way to high off the ground to be effective and that height is not adjustable.

For my application, it works great; however, there are considerations. First being is it is very bulky and doesn't like to be "turned." You have to really plan on turning the back wheels as well as keeping the suction head from digging into the ground. It might also be a little heavy if you have to go up and down any slope. Fortunately, I'm on level ground. The bag is also a little difficult to dump. Maybe using a small rake to reach inside the bag but that's something I haven't tried. I think it needs a better way to attach the cover of the stick mulcher entrance. The rubber cover keeps falling off. Otherwise, this machine has great suction and does a fantastic job especially on my patio to keep leaves and debris out of my pool. The bag is large and I can generally do the entire area before I have to dump it but then I deal with the bag issues mentioned above (but I think it's worth it). I did raise the back wheels to get a closer vacuum head to my patio bricks (which works great) but I think it does lead to a more difficult pushing on grass but it is manageable. Overall, this works really well!!
