    • They don’t fully back there product.
This company does not fully support there product. It did not work when I got it and had to provide a film on how I filled up the tank, how I started it, etc., etc. They sent me a new carburetor, but it still didn’t work. I took it to a small engine mechanic, who said the internal Timing was not correct. I had to pay to find that out. When I let the company know they sent me a new motor. I had to pay to have that put in. It did work. But the chipper is not very good. It sucks OK but if the product is wet, it clogs up the channel and you have to take it apart. they will give me $100 for my troubles instead of what is really owed. I have to do it through PayPal they said. PayPal has ripped me off so many times I finally just quit PayPal and they will not pay any other way. I do not recommend this product at all. ... show more

    • Inflexable intake chute
It doesn't work very well on uneven surfaces. The intake chute should be on wheels so that it can float over uneven surfaces.

Not for use in sandy or loose soil! Very heavy hard to operate. Made for cleaning hard and level surfaces. Bag is difficult to empty into a 30 gallon trash bag. Unless you are cleaning parking lots not yards I would not recommend this machine!

Engine won’t spark right out of the box. We have to go have it repaired before even being able to use it.

    • NEVER buy this product for its intended us. totally useless
exceptionally poor. over priced, impossible to actually use, this product should be taken off your list. it is terrible. we spent 2 hours putting it together only to find it is impossible to push, less impossible to pull, until you get 1/4 of the bag full then impossible to pull. for $150 you could expect this, however for $1100 this is theft. Now you tell me I can not return it it is useless. ... show more
