This product is ok when I can get it to work. Sometimes I can see the picture but not sound or I get no picture and no sound. Very frustrating. I usually give up because it’s too much trouble. And there are no instructions to refer to. I also get a lot of internet threats associated with the device. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got my order for the Super Box. I installed it right away and spent hours using this product. Usually, I would watch TV for a short amount of time and turn it off. Because of the programing I am able to access because of this product, I spent hours watching different programs already. As a matter of fact, I couldn't get my husband away from the TV as he thoroughly enjoyed finding such a variety of programs to watch. Ordered this on Sunday and was told it would arrive 5 day later. Well it arrived in 3 days 2 days earlier then expected. Setup the unit but had trouble getting on the app store. Texted customer support and with in 10 minutes received a call from Tony, from customer service, and he said they had a minor glitch with the unit but would take care of it on his end. There weren’t any local stations for 29909 listed, the closest was Atlanta I am just getting used to it, It has frozen a couple times, but so9 does my Roku.

    • Not worth the money
I haven't had this box a week and I am already having problems with it. It freezes, non of the channels has current tv shows, the movie section is great but who wants to watch movies all day everyday! I can't get anything local and when I do it freezes. Don't waist 325 bucks, especially since there is a no refund policy that I wasn't aware of until I tried to return it. I can't afford to waste 325, but I have just lost that money and still not able to watch TV unless I get ripped off by the cable company. ... show more
