  • Warning have tissue next to you when you read this book you'll need it
Blaire and Ben's life couldn't get any better and tell tragedy strikes after a great loss. Things I like about this book you can have more than one great love in one life time. I loved Blair's father he always called her kid and seemed to bring a smile to my face every time he engaged with Blaire. Every time Blaire found a paper crane I cried. Things I didn't understand is the cat was there when Ben was but when he was gone you didn't really get much detail on the cat so why bother putting the cat in the book . I like Ryder but he's name is more for a bad boy not a good boy teacher. Loved the epilogue but does a five year old really talk like a three year old. ... show more

  • Gah!!!! Grab tissue!!!
Micalea, I'm not quite done with Bring Me Back, but I all I have to say is wow! I cried like a baby. We aren't just talking a few tears. I was sobbing and taking deep breaths. I was talking to myself...you could just feel all the emotion in this book! I woke up this morning and my eyes were puffy. When I went to bed last night I was torn on whether to stay up and finish or take a mental break...I chose the latter. I do want to pick it up and finish right now, but think I might get in trouble at work. Thanks for writing such an emotional book that made you connect with the characters!!! You're awesome and can't wait to read more of your stuff! ... show more

  • Heartbreaking with hope
I usually don't read books that have no lead into the story, basically something to draw me into the story but for some reason I felt I needed to read this book. I started reading and knew that it was drawing me in. As I kept reading I found myself engrossed and then crying profusely and I'm not a someone who shows emotion easily, I prefer to keep it in but I couldn't stop once I started and as cliche as it sounds I think reading this book and not knowing much about the story to begin with and the way it just called to me was what I needed to help.purge some of my own heartache. My story is not exactly the same but the pure rawness of it put a lot of things into perspective. I would recommend this book to anyone and I do recommend the tissues. I'm in love with this book. ... show more

  • Not a bad book
But it’s somewhat bland, just a lazy read that attempts to pull at the heartstrings but it doesn’t delve deep enough to get the reaction the storyline is going for. It’s sad but predictable so it doesn’t provide the emotional shock that is intended. I like this author and have read her latest additions before this effort and see the growth in her writing. I will certainly continue reading her books. ... show more

  • Poor writing style and predictable
The book said this isn't your normal love story but it was wildly predictable and for me annoying to read. There was too much detail where it wasn't needed and the timeline was unrealistic in my mind. If I was struggling to get pregnant, I would have been way more annoyed when the character got so depressed from one pregnancy test. I appreciated how they laid out the stages of grief her experiences were relevant but anyone who has lost someone like that would never move that quickly. It had enough good recommendations that I was hopeful but I've seen this story done before much better in the past. ... show more

  • Wow.
I don't think I stopped crying throughout reading this entire book. Whether it was sad tears or happy I cried continuously. It was a wonderful heartbreaking story with a lot of love and growth. Great read.

  • Soul touchingly good
Have time set aside to read this book. You will not want to stop reading. It is gut wrenchingly tender, sad and uplifting. Tissues handy are a must. Just because it will make you cry doesn't mean it's depressing although it does have its moments. The writing is excellent and the characters are excellently presented. I highly recommend this book. My wish is that all could find such loves as Ben and Ryder. ... show more

  • Great story
This story is about love, loss, and second chances. When you believe that there is only one true love in life and life shows you that there is more. It was a beautiful story. Emotional. I really enjoyed the characters and how the author didn't just blow over the loss but showed the 7 stages of grief. I am also so happy it has a beautiful epilogue so that there is a finalization to the story. ... show more
