First time buyer Male-43 years old 6' tall-310lbs 10 years at a desk job -Struggling for 5 years with neck, shoulders, back, hips, pelvis pain issues -Changed diet to 80% plant based -Found the right desk chair that reclines and has a neck pillow - Started with weekly chiropractor appointments for 4 months, now bi weekly appoinments for 4 months -Acutely aware of the increasing weakness of all muscles in my body due to desk job confinement, especially core and legs -This machine works by raising one side of the standing platform up maybe an inch then returns to flat then does the other side VERY quickly, I'm guessing 3-6 times per second on jogging mode -This super fast side to side rocking motion alters your center of gravity which forces ALL body muscles to contract to maintain your balance -Muscles working effect is weakest in arms obviously but that is why it comes with resistance bands that use carabiner clips that attach on the under side of the platform -In theory, this machine should cause all of the muscles in your body to contract to some degree to constantly maintain your balance -First session tried was 10 minutes on the machine's preset jogging mode -Takes some getting used to! but after 4 minutes was totally comfortable -Felt itchy in random spots on lower body from muscles contracting and sweat forming -Defintely feel all muscles other than arms responding to the shifting in my center of gravity -Be careful when moving your head during a session as all of your muscles are constantly contracted already - simply keep your chin level and look straight ahead which is perfect when you set up to watch TV with a remote control in each pocket! -I definitely recommend this product -It works! Low impact and after 1 hour I definitely feel sleepy like I worked out - Can still feel all muscles had a workout -I believe this machine should be beneficial to anyone who like me simply doesn't get enough physical exercise or is recovering from an injury and has been cleared by their doctor for physical exercise to strengthen muscles that have atrophied to some extent during recovery, any people with limited mobility, great inside device when there's bad weather outside -Machine is VERY quiet, nobody in the room heard it while i was using it with the tv on -Suction cups on machine's peg legs make it 100% secure on wood floor -I STRONGLY recommend this product

So easy to use - just press a button to start, then stand there while you vibrate. In my experience: Great for blood circulation, memory, energy, BP & BG. With it inside your home, you can hop on it anytime (ie 3am for me!) Small enough not to get in the way of anything. Great exercise for other parts of body (arms & legs, etc.) with stretch ropes that hook on to platform. Instruction book included.

The media could not be loaded. I used to go to a day spa and use their machine with this and infrared light which helped me get through a rough time in my life when I was having a ton of health issues. I decided to get one of these after seeing so much online about them and this one seemed to have the best motor and reviews. I’ve used it a couple times only but I also bought the 2 year insurance for it in case there are any issues. So far I’m super impressed with it! It’s not wobbly or loud and it feels pretty solid and well made. Time will tell but the first two uses were enough for me to feel very happy so far with this. I’ll be using it daily for the next several months and come back to do a follow up review.

5 years ago my bone scan showed I was borderline headed toward osteoporosis. I started taking calcium and vitamin d per doctors orders. 3 years ago I went to Osteostrong to try out their machines, one was a vibration plate. I thought their monthly fee was too much so at next doctor visit I asked my doctor about them and their machines. He knew nothing about them but said the vibration plates have been shown to help osteoporosis. I then had my 2nd bone scan and it showed I had progressed to osteopenia. I found this machine on Amazon and decided to try it since the price was right. I had a bone scan last fall and after using this machine a few times a week for the last 2 years I no longer have osteopenia, my bone density has improved. I do squats, lunges, etc. while using. I’ll use this to warm up my muscles before doing other workouts. Thank you so much for this machine. My only complaint is I could never get the remote to work properly but not a big deal to me. FYI, start on the lower speeds and build up to the higher speeds to avoid injury.

The Cons: 1. There were no instructions, and it took me a few weeks to figure out how to use it. 2. The plug where the electrical cord attaches to the unit easily comes loose. 3. It periodically speaks to me in Chinese - Big Brother in China is watching! 4. The lowest setting is jarring and violent. 5. There is no customer service - I wrote them to ask how to turn it on and for instructions - no response. So you take your chances purchasing. It's too heavy and costly to return. The Pros: 1. I think it's been helping with lymphatic flow in lower legs where I have lipedemia. 2. I think it's been helping with sacroiliac joint looseness - just shaking motion into my back. 3. Mine did come with the remote - I understand many did not - and it's sooooo much more convenient, especially since I'm morbidly obese. 4. Mine does hold my weight at 315 lbs - someone commented it only holds 220 lbs, but mine shakes me around pretty rigorously like I weigh much less. 5. It's wayyyy cheaper than a PowerPlate, which cost $2,796.

I read reviews before purchasing and was afraid I’d get a bum machine and remote. But they both work! The instructions say to leave in the spot you’re going to use, for an hour. But, I let it stand , in place for a day, incase things were jiggled up during shipping + it arrived standing up , instead of flat. The remote worked, as soon as, I knew was hitting infrared area on machine. The 10 minutes was already programmed in. This felt so great! I placed on carpet
