First off, I really love my case! I was bummed to give it a 3-star review. The keyboard that comes with the case feels wonderful and is well-made. The battery life is great and it connected via Bluetooth immediately. But as smooth as the keyboard's surface is, I found that it lays directly on top of your iPad screen when fully closed/assembled. Thus providing an opportunity to scratch your screen. Mine did almost immediately. It's not a deep scratch but it's about 1 inch long. The case should come with an iPad-sized barrier cloth to help prevent this. I had not yet applied a screen protector to my iPad as the pad and case came the same day. I now lay an iPad screen cleaning cloth between the keyboard and the iPad to prevent further scratches. Other than that the case is very sturdy, and I do highly recommend it. I got the Universe Themed case and it looks better than the photo on Amazon. The keyboard is magnetically held in place but can be easily moved.

It seems to be well made and functional but always having to move the keyboard around so that the ipad screen can be vertical is annoying. Unless working at a desk or table I often just remove the keyboard (easily done...just attached magnetically) so as not to risk it falling off or getting damaged. I haven’t had it that long so have no idea about battery life but it seems well made and has been very reliable so far.
