It's easy to assemble! But if you don't have padding for your pet then I suggest Buying it for this kennel. I'm using it for my rat and I feel her toes will be uncomfortable with the metal, let alone cold. So I don't have padding so I'm using old clothes which is working. my rat loves it so I think your pet will too! The wheels are a bit hard all the way but I think it's okay. If you have a rat/small pet and you are Looking for a kennel that has tiny spaced bars then this isn't for you, unless you're fine with the rat/small pet poking their head through the bars. The instructions are a bit basic, which is cool, I got an extra screw and a small mental piece but I think that's okay. Jus in case anything happens I think. I'm 5'2 1/2 and this kennel, with the wheels, goes jus above my waist. It comes with a small bowl and a drinking bottle. The bottle is pink, i don't know if there's other colors but that's what I have, it also comes with a plastic piece to put on the bars so its sturdy. My rat loves it! It's huge and she likes to go up and down the latters! I suggest not doing this alone though 🥲 I was alone while doing it and It fell apart a few times. Good luck!

I purchased this cage for my ferret and she absolutely loves it I love it also I like the fact that she can see everybody and everything around her at all times I also love the fact that it's easy to interact with her while she's in the cage the only problem that I have is the width of each individual level. The landing platforms in the cage are just not wide enough I had to take two of them and zip tie them together so that she can have a platform to sleep on so that took away from it being a four-level cage to a three-level cage with all this extra room up top that's not being used another downfall is because of the small width of the shelves and she not having enough room she pulls all of her bedding down to the bottom floor where she uses the bathroom and gathers up all of her bedding stuff down there to where she can have room to actually lay but to me that is defeating the purpose of using the bathroom on the bottom of the cage if she's going to also feel the need to use that part of the cage as a place to sleep also.

If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. It arrived early with a broken box and some sort of rust/dirt soaked into the bottom. All the pieces were there, but the feet's plastic was damaged likely from some sort of dragging. Barely noticeable. The instructions on assembly are poor, but not incomprehensible. I wish it would have warned me to place the bottom rod L with the hole up so that side C would slip into it. My main problem was that my top section must have been malformed during transit because it took a friend and some muscle to bend it to fit. I guess the water bottle didn't come with the attaching wire, but I didn't buy it for the bottle. I haven't moved the pets in, so hopefully I remember to give an update that they like their new home! Overall I like the look and feel of the cage so much more than the hardwire diy cage I made for when the critters were really small.

Very happy with this purchase. Shipping took 4 buisness days. The cage was easy to put together by myself, And very sturdy. My ferret has lots of room. It has plenty of room for 2 ferrets. I love the bottom tray comes out do u can clean thr bottom, or put puppy pee pad there. I also love that it can roll around making it easier to transfer from one room to another. Also the cage is very tall. Love that it has two doors upper and lower level. Very happy with my purchase. Came with everything too, no missing parts.

The the cage was purchased for two Guinea pigs and yes it was easy to put together but once it was together the way the grids are made in the inside are to wide for Guinea pigs feet and it is also not wide enough for two Guinea pigs and my Guinea pigs was very uncomfortable so I had to by the another habitat so they could live comfortably also the tray kept coming back out and the doors also jammed up on me a few Times so I would like a replacement or a refund but I just learned to deal with it and use it on a as needed base’s but I do like how firm and sturdy it is overall my boys did seem excited when it first arrived to the house

I think it’s great for the price. It was a little warped when we put it together which made it a little harder to assemble. The plastic tray is cheaply made, but other than that it’s a decent cage. My Guinea pig is terrified of it 😅

My 8 year old and I bought this for his two guinea pigs. They loved it once they got familiar with the three stories! It was relatively easy to put together; what I found difficult was the placement of the lower bars that held the litter box tray and lower wire floor. I ended up putting them in incorrectly then figured out there were two sections, one for the litter tray and one for the wire floor. All together it took us about an hour. Cleaning is pretty easy, trays slide out nicely. I think with guinea pigs it would be nice if the litter tray was a bit larger than the cage, just to catch the waste that falls out of the cage if they don’t go to the bathroom in the little litter box we have in with them. But overall they love it and it’s much better than the smaller cage most pet stores sell!
