I reached out to customer service with the seller and was able to eventually navigate having the appropriate power source replaced - at which point this bed (that was fairly easy to put together) was fully functional and a great value for the money. This is not an uber easy assembly even if you are moderately familiar with self assembly furniture. If you are a 5'3" person of average strength, doubtful you can complete full assembly alone. I count assembly time from unpack until mattress securely placed. I write this not because unhappy with product but to counter claims that assembly is easy-peasy.
