Purchased this about a year ago and have been using it on and off for the past few months. Love the dual levels of heat and so far I couldn't be happier. I have the same one (or very similar but in black and single heat level) in my other home for about 20 years and use it all the time. I prefer the new stainless as the black paint started to peel off after a few years. I see these in restaurants and other commercial applications all the time. Way overpriced. When you Mount it on an angle you have to drill additional holes to lock it in from sagging. Stainless burns up. Remotes are cheap and will break if you drop them. Then they charge you extra for a face plate to make it look nice like other models. Iโ€™d love to return this but itโ€™s mounted. ... show more

it is very important to make sure if your gas line is left connection or right side connection. I was promised by a sales rap it can be connected either way. It was not. Otherwise a very nice unit .

    • This is not working and I need the factory to fix it or replace this item ASAP
The media could not be loaded. This product is not turning on. I have it less than 8 months. I installed it 5 months ago. This $2000 appliance is unreliable and not made to work. I would like the company to call me so they can replace this item or fix it.
