    • Great value for the price!
The first unit we received had major shipping damage. The UPS delivery guy was embarrassed to have to deliver it in such bad shape. It looked like it got caught and mangled on a conveyor belt. However, Amazon's customer service was great! They immediately ordered a replacement for us, which arrived less than a week later. It was in excellent shape. While one person could probably assemble the whole bike, in an hour or so, it went much more smoothly with two people. The box weighed 85 pounds! Everything went together well, with the exception of the seat adjustment handle, which had to be filed down to work, otherwise, the holes for the screws wouldn't align properly because of the oversized weld on the receiving piece. Whoever did the welding was a little overzealous with that piece. So far, we're enjoying the unit daily, and it is much quieter than I expected. The head unit isn't as sturdy as it appears in the photos, but it is functional. The lip that holds a phone or tablet isn't very deep, and it does not have the ability to be adjusted. We don't use the holder, preferring to use a large screen TV in the room instead. ... show more

It’s no Peleton but it does the job. No bells or whistles other than basic distance, time, pulse monitor and manual resistance knob. Easy to assemble, very quiet, comfortable, reasonable resistance settings, solid construction and a great price. Have used it daily for over a month and no complaints.

I purchased the motorized unit for my dad who has neuropathy in his legs and can only move around with a walker and this has been life changing for him. His legs and ankles were horrifically swollen and he had a lot of pain. He has the elliptical sitting in front of his chair and does it periodically throughout the day while watching tv. The swelling is gone, he isn’t in pain, his legs are stronger, and he can bend his knees again. He is overjoyed at how much better he feels! ... show more

    • Assembly was a breeze!
I'm a 72 year old, non-mechanical woman, who was hesitant to buy this even though it was on sale for a great price. The sale price finally got me and I purchased it. Since I'm also not a weight lifter and I live alone, getting it out of the box was the hardest part of the operation. Finally, I found my box cutter and cut the darn thing out. (At 72 yr old, lifting 75 pounds can be really hard.) After that, the assembly was a breeze. The assembly instructions were awesome and everything was labelled so well that even this old lady could follow along. And it works!!! Now I have no excuses :) ... show more
