I was afraid a 14" wide belt wouldn't be wide enough even for walking, but it is. There's usually an inch of spare space on each side. I even tested what happens if my foot goes off the belt a little, and even that's fine. Enough weight was on the belt that my foot moved with the belt like it's supposed to. I like that rubber handle grips don't smell. I have a Sole exercise bike and the smell is a problem, and surely unhealthy. All grips should be like the ones on this treadmill. The incline, which you can't change, is fine. I actually feel the cardio workout after a few minutes. When I walk on a flat treadmill, I feel like I can go forever, but I stop just because it gets tedious. This treadmill works the calf muscles and my bike works the thighs at the same time I get cardio work in. I had a more powerful and expensive xterra treadmill that interfered with AM radio, but the Sunny treadmill doesn't. The xterra started suddenly stopping with light use after 2 months, so you really have to wait to see whether a treadmill is decent, but so far so good. It's small and light enough for me to handle taking it up the stairs (the box said it was 80-something lbs), unlike my old, larger 120 lb treadmill, so this one saved me a $200 room-of-choice fee. I ended up not needing to take it up the stairs because the UPS guy took it up for no special fee, with my asking, like it was a normal package. ... show more

My dog needs walking therapy. I bought this because dog treadmills are stupidly expensive. This works, but if you want to use it for a dog, here are some things to consider. It's pretty short. My dog is 46 lbs and this treadmill is just long enough for him. If you had a beefy lab, this wouldn't be big enough. It beeps. The dog treadmill I've used doesn't make a noise. The idea is that the dog isn't supposed to "learn" when you are turning it on or off or changing the speed. My dog is surely going to learn that beep beep beep = the three-second count down to starting. It's not easy to attach a leash. Because my dog is longish, I need the leash attached from the top rail. But when attached there, he has enough slack to jump off the side. On that note, it has no side blinders like a dog treadmill. My dog is learning that I want him to stay on it...but this lesson would be easier with a side barrier. For the price, this is a great dog treadmill. It'd be good for someone 5'10" and under, too. Remember, it's small, so the tread is shorter and narrower than a big treadmill. Oh, this one is really quiet too!! Enjoy! ... show more

One Month Update: Still loving this treadmill that works great and keeps me out of the Texas Heat and Mosquitos from all the rain we have had! Great Product - and thrilled to have such an affordable piece of equipment that works like an expensive unit After deciding not to get a full treadmill, I read about dozens of these smaller units that are portable but strong. I ended up going with the Sunny Fit and it only took 2 days to arrive. I live in the middle of the woods on 286 acres, so shocked it arrived so soon. I was able to put it together myself and my husband was shocked. Oiled it and checked the belt. It’s so quiet and I was surprised by that. I downloaded the app on my phone, IPad and TV. I could not believe that I can turn on TV and start app and I’m walking in far off country sides😎 I mostly wanted this because all the rain has flooded our area with mosquitoes and the Texas summer is being predicted to be bad again this year. I received the treadmill on December 28. It came with a knob broken. I immediately contacted customer support. I have sent in all requested information which was a lot. They still have not sent replacement knob. This knob is used to hold treadmill in upright position. I need it to fold because I have grandchildren and they will play on it and get hurt. Also I live in a small space and need it to fold up out of the way when not in use. Customer support could send a simple knob. Very disappointed with customer support. Can’t imagine if something more serious were wrong with it. . I did have problems lining up the belt but after many attempts think I have it. The treadmill is small so you have to watch how far back you step on it. Does run quietly. I bought it to use on days when I can not walk outside. It is working great for what I need it for. Very simple to use and set up was easy. Three stars due to customer support. ... show more

I am 5'4, 165 lbs, and 66 yrs old. I wanted to walk indoors. I wanted a machine from a reliable known company that didn't have programs I wouldn't use. Run it in no mode, or run it in a mode that will stop at a certain time, distance desired, or calories burned. If you want to log progress keep a little notebook or keep track on your phone or tablet, for which there is a shelf on the display. It runs smooth and quiet. Only had it since Nov 18, 2022 but I actually USE it every day. 14 inch wide walking space is fine. I don't stray off. Hand grips, and sturdy front bar are nice to have for balance and support if needed. Emergency stop cord is nice for safety. I couldn't be happier with this. I explored so many options my eyes hurt before deciding on this one. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but the fact that it is faultless explains why the others with faults cost less. ... show more
