I installed this system a little over six months ago, and it’s been running reliably ever since. The installation was straightforward, and getting everything connected and configured wasn’t difficult. I was mostly replacing an older system, but I also added a couple of extra cameras. Once it was up and running, I really haven’t had to think about it much, which is exactly what you want from a security system. The picture quality is sharp enough to clearly identify people and vehicles, day or night, and the pan/tilt cameras give you much better coverage than fixed cameras in the areas where I installed them. Motion alerts have been dependable, and the AI filtering has done a good job reducing unnecessary notifications. The DVR records continuously without any issues, and playback is easy to search and review. I also had one interaction with customer support, and it was a positive experience. They were responsive and helpful, and my question was resolved without any hassle. After more than six months of everyday use, the system has proven to be reliable, easy to use, and a good value. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a wired security system with dependable performance.

Just replaced an older system with the 4K wired system with 8 x 8MP pan tilt cameras. The system was delivered quickly, and installation was easy since the wiring was already in place. The 4K images are perfectly clear and detailed, and the fact that each camera can be adjusted individually for brightness, contrast, etc. is an improvement over my previous system that applied such settings to all cameras. The pan tilt and nighttime color view (on motion detection) also working flawlessly so far. The process for playback of recorded video is much more user friendly than my previous system, which I consider a big plus. You can set it up to get email alerts for motion detection events, if you wish. I ran into a problem in the initial system set-up (which turned out to be my error), so I emailed the Hiseeu product support team. The response was surprisingly quick, and King-kong's (yep, he goes by King-kong) instructions allowed me to easily resolve the issue. The manual is sufficient to get you through basic system set-up and operation, but once up and running you have to experiment a bit to figure out how to fine tune some of the features. The cell phone app for remote viewing was easy to install and works fine. Overall, I am well satisfied with the system.

I recently installed the Hiseeu 3K security camera system and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase. This system has exceeded my expectations in every way. Picture Quality: The 5MP cameras produce incredibly clear, sharp footage both day and night. I can easily identify faces, license plates, and other important details. The 3K resolution makes a noticeable difference compared to my old 1080p system. Coverage: The 360° PTZ capability is a game-changer. I can remotely pan, tilt, and zoom to check any angle around my property. The 8-camera setup provides complete coverage of my home with no blind spots. Night Vision: The 100ft night vision is exceptional. Even in complete darkness, the footage is clear and usable. These cameras are great for the money. The issue is the DVR or NVR. The instructions included are very very basic. I could not get the cameras to record motion or get the security light ot come on with motion. Amazon has a great video on how to get the lights to come on with motion, I did exactly what they showed and noting happened. I called the number for customer support and it rang once then nothing. I tried again and was able to talk to a person. I explained my issue, I could hear pages being turned and instructions read out of a manual. No troubleshooitng at all. I did what they instructed me to do, nothing changed. I called back 10 more times over 2 hours and was never able to talk to a person again. One ring then silence. Boxed everything up and returned it to amazon.

This system works great with an off-grid 12 volt system! It records locally, has great quality, and is awesome for remote access and timely notifications. I have it configured to monitor my storage facility and have enabled motion detection to let me know if anyone is nearby. The night vision is good, too. It's pretty easy to set up, all you have to do is connect the cables and turn it on! I highly recommend hiding the DVR box somewhere secure if you use it off grid, as all video storage is local. The PTZ is an awesome extra feature, too! I've used it to check on other areas without needing extra cameras. The price is great for what you receive, and it's able to expand up to 8 cameras total!

I haven't had any problems with the app and use it often. The motion detection is very attentive. The camera quality is very nice and clear.

The cameras do not have zoom function. The system and app were easy to set up and are working well so far, two days in. When video is recorded there is digital zoom function but the cameras themselves do not.

We got this for our 6,000 sq foot building's perimeter. I didn't want a cloud based system, I like the idea of a DVR to capture what I need and not pay for *another* subscription. I also wanted a wired camera system so I am not relying on the sun, battery life or WIFI connection - besides most of the "wireless" systems still need a power cable going to them, so If I am doing that - I might as well run the video feed with it. (another reason is that the cameras on the edges of the building would barely get a signal from the router) So you get everything you need for most buildings. The only thing I purchased separately were a longer set of cables for the outside corners and "Smile you are on camera" signs. (The decals they give you suck, they fade quickly) I had it all up and running in ONE day, the hardest part was finding a way to bring in the cables through the bricks. The app works GREAT, I used it to aim all the cameras! The DVR/Feeds works great nice clear pictures with a huge memory ( I think I can get at least a week, not sure) I chose to buy cameras that flip to "black and white" (IR) at night because I personally think you get a better picture (less grainy) that color night cameras, but you may hate that look. I *guess* the only things I could say that could possibly be a knock is: 1) The decals suck - too polite, they fade in the sun also 2) The cameras are all plastic - mounts and all 3) No sound (no mic in cameras) ***BUT*** for the price this systems is GREAT, you have to realize there needed to be some money saving things, but NONE of them take away from the important thing - the video quality, The APP, and the DVR quality.
