Easy to use and the walking videos start and stop with the walking speed. Better than my old Nordic Trac did. The magnetic resistance is great. It tightens up the pad so it doesn’t go as fast easily. So far, so good. It's basically fully assembled. The picture I shared is how it came. The incline is pretty good too. I broke out into a sweat so it's serving it's purpose. I guess my only complaint is that the handles are slightly wobbly and it doesn't glide across the floor without leaving a mark. I had to cancel my gym membership because I don't want to be forced to wear a mask while working out, so home workouts it is! ... show more

The treadmill arrived before expected. Packed very well, no breakage. We followed the instructions, lubricated and adjusting first. We had to YouTube how to lube- you lube between the tread and the next base, snipping the lube at the tip and go from the front to the bottom, just under the belt. To adjust, that was tricky. No matter what we did it didn't align. We even called Amazon customer service, who told us to call Sunny, the manufacturer. I finally took the ends off the back to look at the bolts, the bolt on the right wasn't in the bar thread for adjustment. We had to use some gentle force with WD 40 and get the bolt into the thread. Who or whatever put the machine together missed that step. So after that we measured each of the bolts to get the bolts equal, started to manually adjust. And now it works fine. If you have an adjustment issue, you may want to take off the back black plastic pieces and see if your bolts are actually in the bar thread. That is why assembly is a 3. This is our first day with it. It really seems like a good value for the money. Now I just need to fine a suitable bookholder. Good machine. ... show more

Very easy to put together, took maybe 10 minutes. Just a few bolts and you're done. Very sturdy, doesn't wobble or shake at all. The speed and incline controls work extremely well. Has a very good safety feature. The only "negative" things I'll say are it's heavier that you might think, and the running surface is kind of narrow. So it's hard to move with just one person, but you can do it slowly. And if you're not used to running you might need something with a wider running surface. Very wobbly and squeaky even after tightening screws daily. Distance is way off. Speed says mikes/hour but distance clocked is closer to kilometers but still not exact. Cup holders are small. My iPhone doesn’t even fit it it and no shelve to hold anything. It is not worth the money at all. Worst treadmill I have been on. ... show more

Don't buy this if you plan on running. I'm not sure the tread belt is wide enough or that it's study enough for adult runners. I bought this to go in my home office to get in a few walking steps inbetween meetings. It serves that purpose and that's about it. There is no way the counters (pulse, miles, etc) are accurate. Time is the only thing that appears to be accurate which is fine as that's what I'm mostly concerned about. The speakers are a joke - sounds like a 1984 battery operated AM/FM radio from Radio Shack. There are other less expensive options from retailers like Academy, Walmart, etc but I was impatient and wanted it delivered to me. ... show more

    • Controls on handles a problem for me
Overall I liked the item, but having the incline/speed controls on the handles, caused inadvertent speed/incline changes. If you step further to avoid handle controls, the treadmill is too short. No other issues with the product. Easy to assemble and ran great.

This is a great tread for daily runner, who runs fast, pros, very quiet, and easy to use, nice size, Cons,it has no fan to cool off, also i found that is not leveled right, so you have to level it with something under the wheels, mainly the back wheels, it also has no way to connected it to the device app other than you can listen to music via adaptor to iPhone, headphone jack, otherwise, great and affordable for a tread. ... show more
