    • Can not recommend this bike
From my experience I recommend you go to a local Sports Equipment store so you can test what you are purchasing. Start to finish. Delivery went well and I opted for assembly for $90.00. They put it together in 30 minutes. I had company and looked at the bike and it looked great. After my company left I went to try out the new bike. I found they had not tightened the 4 screws on the shaft that holds the handles and and computer. Not a major issue but the crew that assembled the bike took the tools that came with the bike. It just required a very large allen wrench, which I did not own. So I called Amazon customer service to see if the crew could come out or they could send me the assembly tools. That started me down the road to nowhere. They told me they could send someone, but there would be a charge and recommended I call Sunny which is an adventure down the Rabbit hole. I called and got a voice mail telling me no one was available and to email them, which I did and never heard back. I just went and bought a set of Allen Wrenches and fixed the bike. The bike is solid and that ends the pros. The major con is that the peddling resistance on level one is about as difficult as level 4 on the bike I use at the gym. This makes a cool down impossible. My experience on every recumbent bike I have ever used is that level 1 is basically no resistance. I again wrote Sunny that is somewhere out there in Internet land. I then disassembled the shaft to get to the resistance connector and found an adjustment screw of sorts. I was able to adjust that a little and now it starts off on a resistance that is about level 3 on the gym bikes. Bottom line is I can not recommend this bike to anyone, but certainly not for an older person. It was not that expensive so will just garage sell it at our next bi-annual garage sale. My end result is I just went up to Busy Body and bought a great bike that while it cost more, it was delivered to my home fully assembled and works just like the bikes at my gym. Skip the marketing hype and reviews on internet suppliers and spend the extra bucks to buy one you have actually tried out. I just wanted a bike to use at home everyday while I watch TV. I am not a serious hard rider. I like to ride no longer than 30 minutes and level 4 is top range after using level two and three and then a 2 minutes cool down on level 1. The internet is OK for some things, but not everything. When service can be an issue, buy the product from a local vendor. ... show more

    • Easy to use and assemble, works well.
This is a great bike. It assembled easily and is exactly like the picture. It doesn’t have a bunch of fancy stuff like an iPad holder etc, but I wasn’t looking for that. It does heart rate speed distance etc and has an easy to read screen. The heart rate is monitored through the handles that are comfortably where you want them anyway. The seat is comfortable and very easily adjusts with a lever. It has a simple resistance knob to dial up or down. My husband commented on how nice the step through is to get on the bike. Assembled the Sunny Recumbent Bike with ease and was excited to begin riding. The computer display originally did not display with the batteries that were included. After replacing the batteries with Duracell batteries, the computer display worked for less than two minutes. The display went blank and a constant peeping began until I opened the battery case and removed the batteries. I reinstalled the batteries and experienced the same thing. The display worked for less than a minute and went blank as I was setting the correct time. I have emailed the support desk since the customer service by phone is unavailable due to Covid 19. I have requested a replacement computer and I hope that it will be sent quickly. I am quite frustrated at this time. ... show more

    • Assembly was a breeze!
I'm a 72 year old, non-mechanical woman, who was hesitant to buy this even though it was on sale for a great price. The sale price finally got me and I purchased it. Since I'm also not a weight lifter and I live alone, getting it out of the box was the hardest part of the operation. Finally, I found my box cutter and cut the darn thing out. (At 72 yr old, lifting 75 pounds can be really hard.) After that, the assembly was a breeze. The assembly instructions were awesome and everything was labelled so well that even this old lady could follow along. And it works!!! Now I have no excuses :) ... show more

I like everything about this product. The assembly, as well as the technician’s work was flawlessly. The instructions manual was easy to understand. I am now enjoying this bike. I purchased to speed my knee surgery recovery. My orthopedic surgeon recommended this exercise.

    • Loud bumping noise inside the flywheel casing.
I was using this bike for inside exercise during the pandemic quarantine. This is the second bike where something has broken down inside the flywheel casing. Can't be seen and no way to remove the casing to see what has come loose. No one at the company for customer service due to covid. It's a depressing situation... Please help!!! ... show more
