This bike is exactly what I was looking for- affordable and quiet. I am 5’0” with a 27.5 inseam and it fits fine once I hoist myself up on it. It was a super heavy box but I was able move it to my apartment on a dolly and then build it myself in an hour (although I love building things so it might take a bit longer for you if you don’t like building furniture). Fyi-The two extra metal pieces are just packaging. One of the pedal rubber skids came off but I’m going to try to superglue it back on and can use the bike without it. Really for the price it’s perfect. I likely won’t be wheeling it around because it’s heavy and I’m short. I’d recommend this bike for someone just starting out. You can stand on it but I’m too out of shape to do that for long periods of time. I’m 140lbs for reference. ... show more

I purchased the magnetic model because I want it to be quiet, which it is. It's nearly silent. I also decided on this model because of the bad reviews for it on Amazon that showed to me that I can repair it myself. All things break at some point, so you want to be able fix them when they do ( unless you want a disposable thing). I bought thick floor guards for it, which made it inadvertantly more comfortable, wahoo cadence and speed sensors ( had to tape the speed sensor to the wheel but that's fine because it wasn't made for this type of bike and because it's a great sensor hack ), and a seat pad. Yes it's possible to do spinning workouts but keep in mind how much weight the bike can handle and that those spinning classes' bikes have adjustment knobs that instantly click into a level of resistance whereas this bike requires a few twists of the resistance adjustment knob -- meaning it will take longer to keep up in your spin class ... show more

I got this bike as a way to get cardio while my gym is closed. Considered getting a Peloton, but wanted to make sure I would really enjoy spinning before investing. This bike is fine, but makes a good deal of questionable noise while I'm riding,, is a little off center and the wheel definitely warps a bit. I don't know how long this bike will really last with how much I'm cycling. I also don't like that there isn't a way to digitally know what the resistance you are at. Cadence seem to be on target. UPDATE: The noise was getting REALLY bad after just 8 weeks of use. We removed the casing that covers the belt and found that the belt was being shred but something in the mechanics of the bike. Amazon was unable to help me as it was past the 30 day return time (seriously??) so I've put in a request with Sunny customer service to see if they can help me. Definitely too expensive to just get 8 weeks of use... ... show more

I was impressed with the packaging of the unit as well as the easy to follow simple final assembly instructions. This bike is not for anyone 6 feet or taller. It needs another 4 inches on their seat adjustment bar. Otherwise you are riding in a suboptimal position, where your legs never fully straighten. The bike seems pretty well built (for the price), and fairly easy to assemble.

The belt slipped right when I started riding it making the fly wheel immobile. I just built the bike and I can’t even use it! It’s really complicated to get to the belt. I really hope customer service will help me fix this issue so I can actually try this bike out :((
