Assembly wasn’t too difficult overall. The main step is attaching the upper part with the console to the treadmill, which is fairly straightforward. The hardest part is getting it out of the box. It’s heavy and awkward. If you don’t have two strong people, I would recommend paying for professional assembly to avoid strain or injury. Once set up, the treadmill is very quiet, which makes it easy to use without disturbing anyone. I appreciate the streamlined design, which takes up minimal floor space. The display is large and very easy to read, though it could probably be a bit smaller since it’s mostly informational. On the plus side, it folds completely down if you want to save space, even while the treadmill is in use. A few other thoughtful features: the cup holders are massive and very handy for water bottles or accessories, the safety clip is sturdier than other brands I’ve used, and the assist mechanism to lift and lower the treadmill works smoothly and reliably. As someone at the upper limit of the weight range (300 lbs), I did notice a slight stutter when stepping at very low speed. Moving a bit further back on the treadmill helps, but my elbows did bump the bars when I was near the front. This might make it less ideal for bariatric users who need extra width, though for most people it will work well. Overall, I’m very happy with this treadmill. It’s quiet, space-efficient, and thoughtfully designed, with a few minor limitations for very heavy users. Definitely a solid choice for home workouts! After a year of use, it's holding up well. The only con is the orange clip on the lift has cracked. It's pretty easy to fix with a bit of duct tape though. ... show more

When I finally got to use it I kept getting an error code E15 which means the wires from the console and/or customer control board are not properly connected. My sons took a look and no loose wires. Sunny customer support said might be the control Board. Have called 3 places locally and no-one works on these treadmills "because they can't get parts." Now I am stuck with a 1200 treadmill that I can't use. Stick with a brand that local businesses can work on. ... show more

This is a solid treadmill for home use. It has the same working belt (in terms of size) as the one at the gym. However, with a large screen, I wish the screen could be used as a monitor to project anything I want from my phone or tablet. since it does not have that function, this big screen is a waste just to show stats and simple functions such as speed and incline. ... show more

8/10/23: At this time after manual moderate walking for 2 weeks... I like it.. simple friendly treadmill✅ Not a treadmill that requires you to download programs for monthly subscription ✅ but it's a lot heavier than I thought even to lift the wallboard up. Decided to purchase it at Amazon due to it insurance... I hope I don't need to use it.. like that the cup holders are wide.. Noice when walking from 1-10, is 4 at this time I got this one because of its modern look, not bulky like others, plus of the motor size and weight capacity .., I didn't realize how your weight, treadmill motor size and usage matters.. my 1st treadmill was half the size of this one, motor real small and weight capacity was low... a lot of weight matters cause it can cause the band to rub on the sides...which happened and could fix it... ... show more
