The stepper I initially received had a part that was welded incorrectly. I call the customer service number and left a message not really expecting much. I got a call back and after sending photos the replacement stepper was immediately sent out. The stepper itself is very good. It's easy to change the tension. I loved it out of the box, started using it immediately. It was a great workout. I noticed it started squeaking after about a week but no big deal. Unfortunately just now the resistance/tension completely cut out for no apparent reason. I didn’t hear anything break, I can’t see anything visibly wrong, the knob is tightened, but it’s just not giving any tension anymore. It still moves but with no resistance, it’s useless. I’m really disappointed. I guess I should just return it and buy a different brand, I don’t know. I couldn’t find any way to contact the seller directly about it. Anyway, be careful if you’re looking for a long lasting product. I haven’t even had it for a month so this is quite disappointing. ... show more
