The media could not be loaded. This minimalist look works just as great as the full size model. It counts the steps, time and I can use it with or without the resistance bands. The compact size is perfect for some overhead presses, squats or deadlifts. I absolutely love how smooth it feels and how it held all of my 247 pounds with no issues. The pamplet even gives simple ideas for a fitness routine and how I can work on my stamina to gradually increase my endurance. I am very pleased with the craftmanship and the compact size. The quality is great! It’s too hot outside some days to enjoy working out so this solved our problem! My 10yr old son, myself and my husband all have loved using this stepper! My favorite part is that we can work our arms while we step! The screen is the perfect size so it’s easily readable and the stepper itself is the perfect size that I can put away while not using! It’s very quiet so I don’t have to worry about disturbing anybody else in the house while working out!

I just received the product, and have only used it once, but the stepper seems to be sturdy and works smoothly. The resistance bands are another story. It comes with two that snap on at the same time. I’m assuming they need to be similar in strength levels, but one is really taut with a short cord, and the other is really loose with a long cord. Seems a little uneven to use at the same time. There’s no instructions in the manual for the bands, and when I tried to ask Amazon about it, they were no help, and no option to send my concerns to the seller. My only option they gave me was to return for a full refund, but I want to keep the stepper. I would like replacement bands though.
