I've been looking for a home workout machine that builds total body strength without taking up a lot of space. This is so perfect! I noticed the difference within a week and highly recommend it. I've always been a treadmill girl, but this will be my go-to in the future. After a couple weeks, my arms, legs and core are noticeably stronger and healthier. The first time I tried it, I could only do about 10 minutes, but by the end of the week, I was doing 30 minutes. So give it some time and you'll soon love it as much as I do!
