It's exactly what I needed. All you have to do when you get it is screw the knob in and you're ready to go. Easy to use. Great for the price. It is a little louder than expected though. You can definitely feel the burn

This isn’t sturdy at all. I couldn’t use it for a full workout because it felt like it might tip over. My much smaller sister had the same experience and even said she heard a cracking sound. This will likely collect dust. I should’ve known by the price, because other steppers I’ve researched cost way more. The resistance bands do work and are a great addition but not of much use if you don’t feel safe using the stepper. I’m truly puzzled by all of the positive reviews and wondering if I got a dud or is there a learning curve I haven’t mastered. Maybe I need to play around with the settings, because I was truly hoping to get good use out of it.

I won't post any additional photos as other reviewers have already done a good job in that regards. That said, this little stair stepper has been such a wonderful addition to my routine workout. Since my job often requires much stationary sitting or standing, my legs would often get tight. Now with this stair stepper conveniently placed under my desk, I just need to take out and can quickly get some steps in while still working or on a call. So far, this item is holding up really well and also seems to be well-built. Although it also comes with resistance straps, I have not used them yet but would imagine they would add a nice extra regimen to anyone's daily workout. Would highly recommend this stair stepper.

Stepper comes with instructions and a plastic bag that contains a wrench, an Allen wrench puller and a tiny bottle with some type of liquid in it. The downside is that there is no explanation of what it is used for. There also is no mention of using any of the tools provided in the bag. I wonder why they were included. The instructions just say to screw the knob to your liking; so how tight you screw the knob determines the height of the pedals. This was good to know because I do like adjusting the height. It also comes with two exercise straps or resistance bands which you can attach to each side in the holes provided. I found it pretty easy to attach the straps to the stepper and boy did they intensify the workout. You can also likely switch bands if they wear out. The plates are a great size for various foot types and there is traction on it, so there is no slipping. I worked out in socks and my sister tried it with her bare feet and it worked out great for both of us, but it probably best to do longer workout in sneakers. She likes to work out without the straps, and I like to include them for a more intense workout. I love the fact that I can also get an upper body workout as well. It is easy to store, as it slides easily under the bed. It also has a screen that displays the count or number of steps per minute, time and calorie count. I was very impressed with this feature. The manual suggest that you start at 5 minutes and gradually increase to 15 minutes then 30 minutes at least every other day. If there had been more instructions on what the liquid and tools in the plastic bag were used for, then I would have probably given it 5 stars, but there were no clear instructions included. I am a stickler for good instructions because they are valuable to effectively care for equipment and important for proper use and set up. The user manual notes that you should let the hydraulic cylinder cool down after 20 minutes of use. The manual also states that the maximum weight should not exceed 120 KG or about 264 pounds. This is a great way to work out when you can't get to the gym, or you are binge watching TV. It really does give a great workout. The equipment works great, and I like that I can tailor the workout

I am more inspired now to begin my day with some movement! I spend 5 minutes stepping and using the arm bands each morning. Hey, I'm a senior so it's a great start for someone not in shape. Easy to use and I look forward to using it which is highly unusual for me as I am not a regular exerciser. Love this little machine. I feel the workout really fast. You can find workouts for it too and increase the duration at any time. Best buy I have made in a while!

The build quality is very good and doesn’t make a noise at all. The resistance bands are also great partner with this machine with its ready slot to easily add it to your workout. However, the resistance of this machine is not really good. I was able to adjust the angle of the steps using the orange knob but the resistance is still the same. Overall, i think there are still better options out there than getting this machine.
