I bought a second case after falling in love with the first. I've used a lot of different styles of medication sorters over the last decade. This one meets all of my needs. The storage space is ample for multiple small pills or many larger pills. I comfortably fit 15 varied size prescription medications, OTC meds, and supplements into each section. That only takes up about half of the available space. I like that this open forward in the same direction too. It makes them easier to fill than the cases that open opposite to one another. They are also well balanced so they don't tip over while open and empty. I have arthritis in my hands and these are sometimes a little tricky to open but no harder than any others. This is the perfect case for me as it has all the features I have been looking for in a 7 day pill organizer. I have a long distance trip coming up which renewed my interest in finding a suitable vitamin / medicine case and this one has it all ( and more ) . Excellent quality construction, the case set is attractive , not bulky. It contains 7 individual daily cases which are divided into two; one snap-up lid marked with a sun ( to take during the day ) and the other with a crescent moon ( for night ). Also, on the front edge on each one is noted with the day of the week. The section for the pills is generously sized and better than most I had found previously that were too small for some supplements to fit. And if you were going out for the evening or sightseeing etc., for example, you could easily take the individual daily case along with you. An extra bonus (for me ) was I take a prescription eye drop and if I remove one of the individual daily cases, the little bottle fits perfectly in that section of the organizer case. ... show more

I really like the compartment idea for this medicine holder. My wife finds it unwieldy to have to lay out each compartment separately, but is fine for me. YMMV. It feels solid. I have had so many of these kind OSs things just fall apart from cheap plastic and thin hinges. This one seems built to last. I also like the fact that I can move the days around so if I don’t get around to filling it on a different day I can still line up the week ahead. ... show more

I started using this when I was taking a medication at night, and there were a few times where I forgot whether or not I took my medication. My memory was getting so bad that I thought I was getting early onset Alzheimer’s in my 40s. Turns out it was the medication, I’m no longer on any medication, but I do take supplements every instead. Anyway because of me, forgetting whether I had taken the medication, I started getting pill boxes for supplements and the medication. And I was buying them at the dollar store over the years. They don’t last very long before they start breaking. As long as the plastic doesn’t break and this lasts, I should be pretty happy with my purchase. I will update if it doesn’t last very long. My dad has stage 4 lung cancer and had a hip surgery on top of that. He had a TON of pills to keep track of, so I bought him this. WOW does it help! The fact that it has AM and PM slots is genius! You usually only see like M,T,W etc. It was good quality and definitely held up through all of that. I love this case, the only thing I would improve on is the lids on the pill box. They don’t really stand open which makes it difficult to sort pills inside of it. I have several pills to sort, and would like if it was easier to get the pills inside the case

It's exactly as described but it's a little surprising because it's quite good quality for the price. All of the things latch securely it doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart in a year. It's just all together a very nice little pill daily planner
