I have really enjoy this portable sauna. I was easy and quick to set up. The shipping was quick. I was super excited to try on my sore muscles as I have read that the steam can help soothe sore muscles and joints, and can help with conditions like arthritis or muscle stiffness. I suffer from stiff muscles and the ocasional sore muscle after intense exercise. I have used sauna and steam in the past, but only at gym. I love that I can have this at home to use when I need and at my own privacy. Since I received it have been using every day. It has also been relaxing specially after a long day. It functions very well, heat level is really good , gets me sweating after just a few minutes of get inside.

I fell for the nice pictures and models advertising the sauna but is very low quality manufacturing. The chrome plated rods that support the frame are very cheap. One of them, bent by my six-year-old, helping me build it. The cloth that goes over the frame is very cheap and material tearing as we pulled it over the frame. Even the zipper broke on the second day. Lastly, the interior space is so large and the heater undersized so the inside never really gets hot. You get covered in moisture, which is just the water in the air, but never hot enough to actually sweat.. I highly recommend not purchasing this product. It is very low quality.

Amazing product at a great price point. We want to see the benefits of sauna without having to go all in on a solid unit. Easy to setup and it functions perfectly. As you see in the picture you can place it just about anywhere. We even bought a red light therapy fixture to set inside. Great value!

I'm 79 years old with a bad back. 10 minutes will not work get your kid to put together. While the seat is nice no way can you get up inside the steamer. Suggest you purchase a shower chair with arms to get you up when done your steam. Can't wait to try this unit out but must wait for shower chair. Unit looks nice but will be a tight fit.....

Honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect but considering the high quality of the product, I’m not mad at it. The set up was straight forward and pretty easy.
