Very pretty set. Was kind of a pain to put the chairs together, but the table and ottomans were easier. The only thing I would have to complain about is the thickness of the cushions, actually the bench cushion. I am constantly turning it over because it squishes down and loses it's shape more than the chair cushions. This is a beautiful set I purchased in Grey. Workmen ship is very nice. Seems sturdy enough. Directions are easy to follow but nothing seemed to line up. I decided to take out what I did and not follow the directions. I did the back to the seat first then the armrests. What a game changer. Same as for the table, do the cross support bar first and the top last. DO NOT tighten completely do that after everything is done. I am a 65 year old lady and was able to do this without any help. In a total of 4 hrs. Took almost 3 on one chair. Once I decided to do it my was it was a breeze. Table is not as big as I hoped for. But will fit 4 plates of food. It will be tight with 6 people who also have food plates. Cushions are very thin. Real bummer. After reading other comments on how the cushions stain, I purchased camp dry for tents to waterproof and repels stains. Fingers crossed.

After reading reviews, I decided to purchase furtnture through Amazon. I was hopefully optimistic. I knew there was risk of shipping damage, which there was and I currently (3/18) have a communication into the seller - I will upadte this based on that response. After assembling the first chair, I am at a loss for words... the whole chair is just lopsided, frames slightly bent making it extremely difficult to align screws to holes. I am a very capable, and physically capable guy, that is very mechanical and the first chair along kicked my @$$. Based on images I thought this was slightly higher than dinig height, somehat simialt to bar height but it is not (this is my issue not theirs). If you plan to use an allen wrench, either your own or the supplied one - it will take you days to assemble because of the alignment and tolerances. I am using a battery operated impact gun and its still a challenge. Also note, because of the damaged, I have only been able to assemble 1 chair, the bench, 1 chair are unable to be assembled. I am hopeful the seller will be prompt in their contact on my damaged parts as others have said. At this point, I wouldnt pay 1/2 what I paid if I purchased again. Update: As I conitnued building, the stools, had their brackets installed 90 degree out, meaning the bolt holes were sideways, instead of up and down, making the parts unusable. Seller was contacted through Amazon and they promptly replied and will ship an entire new set of parts on Package C, but will be 7-10 days to arrive, which is disappointing, but I'm glad they are making good on their product. They shipped box C with the replacement parts rather quickly, I received in 6 days, new parts were in very good condition.

Wow. What a stinky, smelly piece of DIY furniture. I’m really surprised at how amazingly smelly this thing is. Chemicals galore. WTF do they put in/on this thing.!? This review is written on day one after building right out of the box. (Notice my whiskey reward) I’ll come back and edit my review if this thing ever stops stinking up my deck. Took about 2 hours to put together with a drill gun. Not very hard to DIY. But s#%t, this things stinks. I’m really hoping this POS stops smelling some time soon. If you have composite deck, it will scratch up your deck. Look into little padded feet for all the pieces. All pieces have self leaving feet except the table….. like why???? The table is probably the most important thing to keep level?! Couch is comfort level 6 out of 10. Chairs are 9 out of 10 comfort. I like the chairs a lot. Ottoman is ottoman level out of 10 comfort. Ottoman cushions do not stay on the ottoman. I recommend some command grip tape or some Velcro. I’ll be purchasing some to secure them. The cover is flimsy AF. Who knows if it’ll keep it covered through a NJ winter. (Time will tell, it’s October at the time of writing this review). Overall looks 8/10. Overall comfort 6/10. Overall time to build 7/10. Overall sturdiness 7/10. Overall stink level 1/10. Would I recommend people purchase this thing? I’m really not sure. What’s your budget? If you have a bigger budget, get something else. If this is the top of your budget, maybe give it a try but don’t expect anything less then the ratings I gave above.

Update: After several rounds on the phone with customer service, Best Choice finally agreed to send me the missing box to complete my order. I have now been able to set up the furniture and it looks nice and is quite comfortable. Upgrading to four stars - would have been five except for the disappointing initial customer service. Original review: Item arrived in a shipment of three boxes. Two of the boxes were correct, but the third was from a completely different product. No instructions or connecting hardware were included. When I called Best Choice Products and spent a hour on the phone to get the missing box, they told me I would have to ship all three giant boxes back to them (how? - I can’t fit these boxes in my car) before they would send me a completely new set. I don’t need a new set, just the one missing box. They refused to send me just the one box since it would break up a full set, but they already broke up a full set when they sent me only two of the three boxes I need. Extremely poor customer service.

We've had this set for almost a year now. It was a huge pain to put together and required two of us for certain parts. Overall, it's a sturdy set and looks nice. My only complaint is the cushions. They are really thin and are easily stained and impossible to clean. We eat many meals outdoors and my kids have gotten grease and other food stains that I have been unable to remove. I now need to replace all the cushions which is a big expense.
