Couldn’t ask for much more. Upon opening the box, I was a little disappointed when I realized how small the item was. But after just a few uses, it met if not exceeded all expectations. Some people complain about the reservoir, not holding a lot of water. I found that you can get about 10 minutes of steam with continual use out of this thing. about two minutes is all it takes once plugged in and filled for pressure to build so you can start steaming. Some people complained about the safety knob features. Once pressure has built, the knob cannot be loosened Or opened in anyway, until there is no more steam inside the steamer. I like this feature. It prevents any kind of burns if you bump the knob while steaming there were comments about it being annoying that you have to wait for the pressure to drop in order to open it and refill it, which if you have a larger than small job, you will be refilling it a lot. I found if you keep the leopard depressed when it is out of water, it will let out enough pressure right away that you can open the knob and fill with water to get back to steaming. I bought this with a particular use in mind for furniture cleaning, but I have found it to be useful in many other situations as well. I have used every attachment that it comes with. I think they are all designed well. The drain pipe under my tub froze this winter and I attached a hose that I had onto the smallest nozzle of the steamer to fish into my drain pipe and steam away the ice. I’m not sure that this is a recommended use for this product, but I found it incredibly useful and don’t know how long my drain would’ve been frozen without this. While steaming this drain, I probably used the steamer for at least an hour or two continuously. Refilling often to continue the steaming. This little beast never complained or struggled to continue pumping out hot steam. Overall, if you’re looking for a compact affordable steamer, this is your guy. I’m not saying you could steam your whole kitchen floor with this thing on your hands and knees and not have to refill it, but if you’re looking to steam furniture, small to medium surface cleaning, or steam your favorite dress shirt in a pinch, this will definitely do the job.

I read a lot of reviews for different types of steamers and settled on this one when it went on sale. (thanks to everyone who writes reviews!). It worked great for me, I used it all day for a deep cleaning of my kitchen and bathrooms. Got the caked-on grime out of counter corners and other areas that are hard to reach - or areas that gather grime as a part of wiping down the bigger surface. Was able to remove track marks from the floor that I swear I mop well - but never really came up before. I like that it came with lots of attachments but ended up using the same two for all of my jobs. I used them with the hose so I could easily maneuver around the surfaces. The attachment for mirrors was difficult to pop on and off and broke early-on as a result. Not a big deal as I don't really need it. I followed the directions and had no problems using this. For me the pressure was great. I didn't experience problems with dripping. I was careful to make sure the pressure was completely released each time before I opened the top to refill, as many have noted in their reviews. Happy with the purchase, especially since it was on sale.

I'm really impressed with this steam cleaner. From the first use, I noticed how effective it is at removing stubborn dirt, especially in tile grout, kitchen grease, and bathroom grime. It comes with 10 very useful accessories that allow you to clean different surfaces such as windows, upholstery, showers, and even the interior of your car. The steam comes out with good pressure and heats up quickly. Plus, the safety lock is a great feature to keep it out of reach of children. It's lightweight and easy to handle, making it ideal for quick tasks as well as deep cleaning.
