The media could not be loaded. This steamer cleans in the grooves and crevasses of all our floors. The video is on a 30 year old floor! We bought this steamer to use on multiple floors but mainly because we have a trailer that has old flooring in the kitchen area. It has ?glue and other spots that we haven’t been able to remove. UNTIL NOW! This steamer works well, the cord is very long and can go across a large room. It has great cleaning power and it has enough steam output to clean all the the tough spots and dried on glue etc.. but not too much steam that it leaves water on the floor! The price wasn’t too much and I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. This steam mop really works! I always pushed around the swiffer and felt like it didn’t actually clean, more just spread around the junk in the kitchen. I can say confidently that this steamed and cleaned up residues (like cooking oil). Just make sure to change the pads multiple times when using it to prevent spreading the dirt around. ... show more

Works pretty well. Had wax build up on our wood floors. Removed the wax but, it is not a vacuum so I used a shop vac to clean up the little balls of wax it removed. However after the first use I removed the pads to wash them and one of the velcro pieces pulled off with the pad.

Pads continually fall off due to poor adhesive Velcro system. New pads are not universal so you have to buy their own version.

It does a really great job when it's on,but it keeps kicking itself off. I did not buy the extended warranty so if it quits that's over $100 down the drain. I would not recommend it....

This mop is so easy to use and does a great job of cleaning. Just make sure the pads are lying flat when you start and use distilled water!

It works ok. I bought it for all my ceramic tile flooring that has slight texture to it. I feel like the pads do not press firmly enough against the floor to pick up the dirt. It does clean the floors and does an ok job but I’d like the heads to make more contact with the tiles to get build up off the corners where the tile meets the grout. I use it a few times a week and it’s still new so I don’t know how this will work long term but it’s suitable. Not the answer I was looking for but I’m sure it will work much better on flat surfaces ... show more
