The media could not be loaded. This steam mop is super easy to use and heats up really fast. The 550 ml water tank lasts long enough to clean several rooms without stopping. I love that it comes with accessories and washable mop pads, which makes it useful for more than just floors. It works great on hardwood and tile and freshens up carpets nicely too. Amazing. Better than expected. I have cleaned professionally, and love to clean generally so I wanted to give this a try. After one use on our hickory floor my husband came home and said wow, the floor is bright. I love this mop/steam cleaner. The cord is a little short for my preference, but the machine appears to be well made. It made mopping my floor a joy.

Can't really give a good review because I didn't use it long because the start and turn off button popped off. I can say that I would like if it was a way for me to actually spray water on the floor as well when it's steaming just to get you know some tough spots that might been on the floor. But I can say on a good note that I didn't notice that it does produce a lot of steam.
