Starting a new cleaning job means one thing right out of the gate — you need a good mop. And let me be clear… I am not doing the bucket-and-string-mop routine. No siree. 😅 Steam mop all the way. I’ve used the Shark steam mop in the past and loved it, but this time around, price point mattered. After reading through reviews, I decided to take the plunge on this one — and so far, I absolutely love it. First off, it’s extremely lightweight, which makes a huge difference when you’re in and out of homes all day. The cord is nice and long, so I’m not constantly hunting for outlets, and I can slap the steam cloth on and off in seconds. What surprised me most? The water reservoir. It’s actually bigger than the Shark’s — almost by a full cup. Pop it in, turn it on, and you’re good to go. Simple. No fuss. Now, full transparency — after about 45 minutes of continuous use, it does run pretty hot. But honestly? For the price, that’s not a deal-breaker. I just let it rest, switch to another chore, and come back once it cools down. No big deal. I do wish the base had a little more weight to it. Because it’s so light, I sometimes have to press down a bit more to really hit certain spots. But again… I’m not expecting a $500 commercial steam mop here. This is a $49 workhorse, and it shows up. It also comes with several attachments. I’ve tested a few, and they work just fine — I just haven’t needed them much yet. Nice to have the option though. Bonus points for the Velcro cord clip, which keeps everything neat and easy to cart around instead of dragging a spaghetti mess behind me. Bottom line: If you’re starting a cleaning business, need something quick, effective, and easy to use — or just want a steam mop that actually disinfects without drama — this one works. I’m in and out. I’ve got floors to clean. And this mop does its job.

The first one I bought had an issue where the light kept flashing and didn't turn off. I returned it and the new one is great. I used it on the floors, in the shower/tub. I used it on the hood over the oven that was always greasy for some reason. And I found out that was painted, three different color layers of paint came off with a swipe, along with all the grease and grime. So be careful where you point it and for how long. I love that I don't have to use a cleaner with it and it sanitizes. Steamers even kill fleas if you have pets. It's light weight and easy to maneuver, light enough to hold up in the air at shoulder height if needed. The water holder does leak slowly (on the one I returned and this one). So I put it in a small bowl in between uses when I haven't used up all the water. It snaps together easy, and the big buttons are easy to push when you want to disassemble. It's quiet and the pets are not afraid of it getting close to them.

Product works great for the price. Would love to give 5 stars as it cleans really nice but there are no replacement attachments available to purchase and the bristles were falling out with no pressure just light scrubbing. Other than that it's light weight and really leaves a clean feeling on the floor, much better than a traditional mop and bucket.

I got this product on sale for prime day and I am so happy I did! We have 4 dogs that live with us so they are ALWAYS tracking in mud. It comes with attachments for different ways of cleaning and also a bag to put the attachments in. It heats up pretty quickly, use is pretty straightforward, and works well. It is a taddd heavy and not going to lie the cord is always getting in the way but I have the same issue with any vacuum. It feels pretty well made though! Super happy i got it because my floors feel so clean now!

I was in love with this, literally cleaned everything humanely possible. But after about a month it completely stopped working. Yes I cleaned everything, I did exactly as the manual said. I also did not use hard water and did not put products other than water in it. And now it gets hot and no heat comes out. I was an Amazon seller so I know how this goes. I know a lot of products unfortunately are out of the sellers control. However I am just very unimpressed and would hate for someone to spend money on yet another product that is going to fall apart or stop working in a month…… literally a month. Super disappointed because I really loved this.

Love this mop. It glides the floor so easy. The pads are easy to clean as I just throw them in the washer. I personally let them air dry. The heat up time is fast, like 30-45 seconds. The attachments are amazing & can be used for so many different things. They are pretty easy to attach. The mop is lightweight, the only “heavy” part about it, is the water added to the tank. This mop is very sturdy and well made, only thing I need are some extra pads!

It doesn’t heat up very hot and has minimal output of water, however it heats up quickly. The tank is small and cumbersome to add water. The cord is short and falls out of the plugins. I had this steam mop for a little over two months. I dropped the water canister and it now leaks. Both the bottom and the top are pouring water now. I would definitely not recommend this item as I have had a lot of different steamers in the past.
