Just had my grout cleaned and wanted to keep it as clean as possible so thought steam would be the best method. Works great. Machine requires thorough cleaning after use to keep it working at its maximum. The only negative would be it leaves a little bit of water residue so the floor isn't completely dry after use.

I have a busy home, and with that comes messy floors. So when I got the chance to order this SUNSMAI Steam Mop Cleaner, I figured it would be worth a try. Before I make you read my whole entire review, let’s cut to the chase. Do I like it? No. But do I love it? Yes! This device is both a steam mop and a vacuum in one, and it really cleans. I have sealed hardwood floors, linoleum, and tile throughout my house and it works well on all 3 surfaces. The steam lifts sticky messes better than I can scrub with a manual mop. This steam mop is corded, so I don’t have to worry about it quitting on me in the middle of a room. The cord is kind of on the short side, but that’s easily fixed with my own extension cord. The machine itself isn’t super lightweight, but it’s not heavy either and I have no problem maneuvering it throughout my entire house. Plus this steam mop brush can self clean on the base with a touch of a button. First time I’ve had a mop help clean itself and I’ll admit it’s nice. Overall I am really glad I got the chance to order and try this SUNSMAI Steam Mop Cleaner. It’s a useful and functional cleaning mop to have around my busy home.

I was really excited to get this steam mop and try it out but it was a complete failure! The mop comes pretty much assembled so there wasn't much to have to put together before I could use it. You dont have to use any fancy solution and can just use water, however, I had demineralized water and decided to use that. The mop will flash red if there's a problem or stay steady red if there's an issue. If it's blue when it's running then all should be fine. I plugged the mop in and press the on button. The mop heatedbup really fast and generates a ton of steam. It sounds clunky when it's running, not necessarily loud but like something might be wrong with it. It was able to pick up small debris from my floors, like crumbs but don't expect it to have the same power as a vacuum. When mopping it practically runs itself. It glides across the floors, whether tile, hardwood or vinyl flooring, you barely have to push this thing. At one point, it was moving across the floor without me even pushing it! It has another button you can press to turn off the steam. I was so excited thinking this was so great but that quickly turned into a huge disappointment when I saw how much water started to be left on the floor, and it was dirty! I quickly took off the cover and the area where the dirty water was supposed to be stored was empty. Instead, the dirty water was in the smaller compartment that held the dirt. After trying over and over to correct the problem, we realized we couldn't. Evidently it was improperly assembled by the manufacturer before it was sent to us. A complete waste.

This convenient steam mop actually works really well It’s very easy to use. Small lightweight yet large to mop any amount of floor you need it too …it comes with a stand that it stands on or it can stand alone. It has a long cord that gives you enough room to reach across the house you fill it with warm water and off you go. It takes a few seconds for the water to heat to turn into steam but once it does, you’re good to go. It also vacuumed the floor before mopping so it’s kind of like an all in one steam mop, I wish it held a little bit more water than it does, but overall it still uses it efficiently. The machine works easily. It’s a nice color, very trendy design and it even changes colors. I prefer the blue color, but it has different ones to choose from which is definitely an added, plus the handle is the perfect height and the on and off button is right by your fingertips and the spray button is as well, so it’s very convenient. Easy to use overall it’s a great machine works well. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend it. I will even compare this to the even more higher and higher price brands. This one’s priced very reasonable for how well the machine works and cleans.

This steam mop gets the job done and then some. I like that it’s a 4-in-1, so you can switch it up depending on what you’re cleaning—floors, corners, even smaller spots. It heats up fast, which is a big plus when you just want to get in and out without waiting around. The steam is strong enough to lift everyday dirt and grime, and I noticed my floors felt really clean without needing any extra chemicals. That’s always a win for me. The self-cleaning feature is convenient too and saves a little time on maintenance. It’s fairly lightweight and easy to move around, but after a while of cleaning you’ll still feel it a bit—nothing too crazy, just worth. The water tank isn’t very big, so if you’re doing a whole house you’ll probably have to refill. Overall, a solid, practical cleaner that does what it’s supposed to do without a bunch of hassle.

I really like this mop. It’s very lightweight and easy to pick up and move around. I’m pretty surprised by that because others I’ve tried are bulky and heavy. It works great. It can be used as a vac, a mop, a vac and mop, then it has a steam option. It’s important to me that the steam is optional so that’s great. It’s got a sleek look to it. The water tank is small and the dirty water tank separates the liquid from the solids it picks up but it’s very small. That is probably the only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars. They should add a larger waste tank on the handle like the clean water tank is. It is a good value at its sale price, I’m not convinced the regular price should be so high. It seems like it will be durable because there’s not a lot of removable parts to it. It really does clean well. It collects dust, dirt, hair and crumbs without any problems. It pulls up all of the water laid down and it’s black with dirt. The steam option has its on button and it gets super hot and sterilizes the floor. It has a base to store it on and that’s where you use the self cleaning option. I recommend this to everyone but especially people who can’t lift and fight with the bigger, heavier models.
