I like a lot about this steam mop. I like the replaceable heads that are easy to change out and I like the adjustable length. It heats up quickly, and it also comes with so many accessories that I'm not sure I will ever find a use for all of them. This steam mop works great on tile and hardwood. Steam really does a great job of cleaning out tough stains. The things I didn't like is that the power cord is a little on the short side (13.12FT), so it is good to use this with an extension cord unless you want to change outlets multiple times in a large room. In my opinion, the cord should have been at least 20FT. The other thing I didn't like is that you need to add water to it fairly often if you work with it for very long in a big room, but I can see why they did it that way, so that it is more lightweight. It's too early to tell about the longevity, but if it holds up, I think I'm going to be pleased with it.

This steamer is pretty nice. It can be used as a floor steamer and comes with the attachment and pads for that. It can also be used as a detached handheld steamer. There are attachments for that as well to help you get into most any space. The steamer gets up to 248 degrees in about 15 seconds so be careful not to grab any parts that can get hot. Makes sure you also only use the steamer on things that can withstand that amount of heat. It may be a good idea to wear gloves for protection when doing certain jobs. This steamer works really well and does a great job of loosening up stuck on dirt and grime. It definitely cuts down on the amount of scrubbing you need to so. It can be used for a wide variety of jobs and is lightweight and portable. It is not cordless so you will need to plug it up, but it comes with a 13.12ft cord which is great. You can also use this steamer on carpet for tough stains. I love the versatility of this steamer and I am very happy with the performance of it. I would definitely recommend it.

This is my second steamer I have owned but it is much better than the first one. I used this on both ceramic tile and hardwood floors and it cleans very well. I do have to go slow over areas where there is staining/something stuck but it works and gets the area clean. Setup is easy as it is basically 3 section of the pole to connect. So you can either have it at full length or have it short is using this on clothes or curtains or something where you do not need the full length. Once it is all connected, there is a button to press to slide the tank out so you can fill it. Very easy and the tank slides back on with little effort. When steamer is plugged in, a red light blinks for a few seconds and then turns solid telling you it is is OK to turn on. Once turned on it is maybe a minute and a half before it is putting out full steam. I used the high setting and it was a bit loud at full steam. But worked. Why 4 stars and not 5? Simple, the cord/plug is too short. You have to move the plug a few times if you have a big kithcen like me. If this had a longer cord that was maybe 6 to 10 feet longer, this would be great but at it's current size, it gets annoying to have to unplug and plug in again.

So many different attachments i dont know what to do with them all. I cleaned a spot on the floor that im guessing was dried mud (I have animals so it could have been chocolate ice cream 💩) next attachment, in which they give you mire then one of, the brush head is I used to clean the vent on the dehumidifier. The flexible arm im gonna use to clean the ac floor vets (once again pets, fur, yuck). It makes a noise when it first starts where you think it maybe broken. Don't worry its not, that's just the pump, the nosie goes away. This last part comes with a disclaimer from me. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE MACHINE, I AM NOT TELLING YOU TO DO THIS, STEAM CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS!!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS TO YOUR FACE OR SKIN! You have been warned.. I even used the flexible head and the small attachment with the microfiber cloth as a face steamer before i did a face mask this morning. Steamers can spit at you, but as I have used a face steamer before I know the sound they make before they spit and it wasn't pointed at my face while the steam was being released. Once again I'm not telling you to do this, I'm just saying I did and I'm happy with this non-endorsed nor intended for function.

This steamer is a total game-changer for cleaning! This is my first steamer and I am obsessed. It's super versatile, working as both a floor steamer with all the attachments and pads you need, and a detached handheld steamer for those tricky, tight spots. You'll be amazed at how easily it tackles stubborn dirt and grime, saving you tons of scrubbing time. It's lightweight and easy to move around, though it does need an outlet. The 13.12-foot cord gives you plenty of reach, which is awesome. Plus, it can even help with tough stains on carpets! Seriously, I can't recommend this steamer enough for its versatility and incredible cleaning power.

I finally found a mop that works for my house. This really cleans tile floors, though I haven't tried the grout attachment just yet, I am amazed what heated steaming water can do for keeping my white tile floors white instead of gray and brown through use. This is light weight, even a child could lift it and use it easily. However the water steam gets pretty hot so its not actually safe for younger children to use. But teenagers and maybe even older tweens can use this after being told how to do so safely, safely. The water runs out after one large room. But the mop heads are super easy to use, reuse, and wash! Best part of this mop!

The media could not be loaded. It works just as well as advertised and extremely easy to assemble. It heats up in a matter of seconds it’s such an amazing cleaning tool I genuinely can’t imagine living without it. I add a mixture of floor mop solution when I mop the floors to leave a nice smell behind. The battery life is great I haven’t charged it since I’ve had it and it’s been about a month! Definitely worth the price.
