The mop is excellent. It heats up fast and is easy to maneuver tight spaces. I did however think I was buying a cordless because I’ve had a corded before and it can be a pain. The only drawback I see is that the cord is not long and you will be moving it from outlet to outlet frequently unless you have very small rooms. The attachments are awesome. It’s spring cleaning time and I used the attachments to clean the grooves in between my sliding glass door as well as my hood vent and cabinets around stove. It took up the grease and grime with ease and all I had to do was wipe after with a cloth. Everything is sparkling and beautiful like new. I did all of that in less than 10 minutes. It would have taken me 4 times that long without the steamer and wouldn’t have been near as clean. It is top heavy like most of all of them are so be careful when you handle it not to drop it and crack the tank like I did with my last one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I've been wanting a steam cleaner for a while. Most of the ones I have considered have been the style where the large tank sits on the ground with a hose coming out, but this one is nice since it's a lot more portable. I'm able to clean my kitchen floor on one tank before having to refill it, so I'm glad I went with this compact one. The first time I used it on my floor it got up a ton of dirt, without using any additional chemicals or anything like that. The power of steam does a great job removing even some tough stains, while sanitizing at the same time. I also used it to clean my shower using one of the smaller attachments. It did a good job cleaning the grout and removing some soap scum etc. It didn't do much for removing water marks from the glass shower door, so for this I'll probably have to use some product. Overall it's a nice compact steam cleaner, it's well designed with some little details such as the internal nozzle being on a metal weight, so it is able to pump the water whether you're cleaning the floor or something above you. It comes with a bunch of attachments for nearly any surface, and heats up quickly so you don't have to spend much time waiting on it. My only complaint may be that I wish the cord was a few feet longer, but other than that I'm very happy with this new tool. ... show more

I would give this product 5 stars if the attachments were built a little bit better. They are plastic and do not click into place so when trying to put a little pressure on the surface you are cleaning, the attachments can twist a little and you can't get your hand too close to twist it back into place. Also, the compartment that holds the water has a small probe that can move around with the water so that if you use the steamer upside down to try and get things clean that are above eye level, and the container isn't completely full of water, the probe will move with the water and the steam will not stop producing, but anytime I hold the steamer above my head, say to clean tall windows or clean inside the microwave, the steam stops producing and I have to bring it back down to a position where the steam will produce again. I am not sure if it being handheld is sufficient without a hose because you can't really position the base in a way that lets you clean at different angles. I'm not sure if I'm making sense but yeah I love it for my wood floors and I deep cleaned my washer with it. It's great to get dirt and dust out of really tight spaces, but you always have to wipe down after so really ask yourself if you are trying to make cleaner easier this will do it because it's less product and energy to put into cleaning something, but it takes longer to clean anything because you have to fidget with the steamer water, and attachments, and change the pads and cloths you are cleaning with constantly because they get dirty so fast. I found myself just washing the cloth covers to the attachments with hand and dish soap each time it got too dirty and wrung it out and put it back on the steamer to continue the job. all in all It works great, gives off very hot steam, and is easy to use. I hope it lasts a very long time because it has made cleaning the floors a lot easier not having to use a mop. I'm going to try it on my upholstery next. It makes a bit of noise, not too loud, cord length is not long enough. I have to use an extension chord which I'm not sure I should be doing lol. But it is great value for money, works great, easy to use, and noise level is low. ... show more
