I’m definitely in love with my new steam mop. I’ve used it on my rugs and I use this daily for my home, which is completely tile. I find it easier to start with the moping pad wet. I’m constantly barefooted and the floors feel absolutely cleaner than clean. It blows my mind how it scrubs for you. You just stall over a spot, and it wipes right up. No harsh chemicals like cleaners is awesome with my pets and soon arriving niece. I would say the ONLY drawback is the length of the cord. I solved that slight issue by plugging a small extension cord in. Yes, the reusable washable cleaning pads are machine washable but, I prefer to scrub them by hand to last longer. Zero issues with Velcro sticking. And, if it ever does wear out, it’s a two second fix with some velcro tape. But, I truly don’t see that EVER happening. Be careful, it’s not as hot as others, but keep in mind, it’s still hot enough to severely burn you. Due to the fact that it instantly sanitizes and cleans with amazingly hot steam power. This mop saves me over an hour daily, and many sore and achy muscles. I couldn’t live without one now!

If you’re looking for a basic steam mop without a bunch of crazy features, this is the one. Works well . The cord situation is a little awkward and it was slightly hard on my back, but overall I’m happy with it. Does the job and isn’t complicated to use. The green color and design is cute and the carpet glide piece is easy to use.

Works pretty well for its’ intended purpose…but i would change one thing. The joint or whatever that connects the handle to the mop only moves tge handle up and down… not side to side. So smaller areas are hard to get to bc i can’t slide it sideways.

I purchased one of these and the first time I used it the steam came out and it was great. The second time I tried to use it all the water kept coming out through the pad but no steam. So I returned it and got another one as a replacement. I used it once or twice, and the steam worked. But today I tried to use it for a 3rd time and again, lots of water coming out through the pad but no steam. And now it's too late to return it. The instructions are very short and limited and no help at all. I paid $70 but it's not even worth $20.

This is not a high temperature product. It barely gets up to 90° Fahrenheit and that's after feeling it with the hottest water. The court is short and it does not clean carpets very well all in all a huge disappointment. Really do wish I could return.

It works, but if you have all laminate or wood floors in your house you'll need to buy one with more out put. It would be good for a small or medium kitchen...but an entire house takes forever... going over and over anything stuck on. It just doesn't put out a lot of steam, even on high steam. I have no carpet, potty training a dog and traffic...it took two hours and many refills just getting what a normal mop would get up. Not even puppy surprises that had left residue when removed. I was hoping for the antibacterial factor it would be good....and it would have been had it put out more steam. The price was great...for a two room max area steam mop. If your house is all laminate, get a higher out put mop with the price tag attached.
