So when I got him I looked hers up and it was more expensive than what I wanted to spend. But then I came across this one (I go the 2 in 1) and for the price I thought what would it hurt, let’s try it. I got it today and used it in my tile floors. OMG I love it. After vacuuming my floors I used this steam mop and my floors came out great; and it cut the time I’m 1/2 from just regular mopping. It’s super light weight and super easy to use and fill with water. The mop works incredibly good. I am very impressed. I have laminate floors that are marble type and boy, does it clean it great. I have five people in my household with a eighty pound husky. The floor gets mopped every day.

Lightweight, produces powerful steam, has its head in a ball, making it easy to turn and push into corners. Only four stars because it cannot stand on its own and tends to fall and break. When using it, make sure you leave it supported in a corner, so it stays upright. The pad is easy to wash. I always soak it in detergent after washing it, and it comes out like new.

Final update: The first mop I received worked exactly one time. I returned that mop and they sent a replacement. The second mop worked famously the first time and about half way through the second time I used it. It makes a noise, but no steam. The really annoying thing about returning these mops is that they request you to box the item and there is no way to take this mop apart after you assemble it without breaking it. So.... the hunt for a great steam mop continues... Update: This mop did not work the second time I went to use it. They are sending a replacement, so we'll see how that goes. I have had other steam mops - this is by far my favorite to use and was the best price!! The first steam mop I purchased was a disappointment because (although it was a well-known & recommended brand) the steam didn't come out unless you were actively moving it back and forth. This mop steams constantly, so you can get the areas that need extra attention simply by holding the mop in one place and letting it do the work for you!! Most of the steam mops I have owned have not lasted more than a year which is aggravating when you spend a lot of money on them. It came with two pads, which is nice so that one will always be clean and available.

I’ve not had this thing for maybe three months and it’s already falling apart. The ball thibgy in the water part broke. The steamer spite random steam instead of a steady stream. And I feel like I’m constantly refilling it when I do use it. And the first time I used one of the brush heads. It melted all the bristles and made it pointless to use. The media could not be loaded. I am absolutely impressed with this steamer. This is my first time leaving a review for any product, but I felt it was necessary after making this purchase. The steamer is lightweight, quickly heats up the water in less than 10 seconds and lifts the dirt from the tile floor so quickly. For floors that have not had much love in months or years, it may take a couple of runs over the tile to get the dirt or stains out but nonetheless this gets the job done. The water reservoir holds a lot of water, enough to get a good sized area clean. High quality fabric/cloth sheets to clean the floors. By far one of the best purchases I have made! You won't be disappointed.
