I really wanted to love this item. Where to start? The cord is too short, and is located on the side of the machine and gets in the way. The handle than coverts it into a hand held device does not stay in place and popped out during use, causing the machine to fall. The attachments are very small, and more suited for cleaning a doll house. One of brushes flatten during after the 1st use. The steam pressure is inconsistent and sputters. I didn't feel like the machine got hot enough and to have to pre treat and used a lot of elbow grease to get corners. I didn't this this product is well made, the accessories are cheaply made but overall it did not clean well at all ... show more

I’m really impressed with this steam mop. It heats up quickly, has strong steam power, and comes with so many useful attachments for different surfaces. Works great on hardwood floors, tiles, and even grout. I like that the tank is large enough so I don’t need to refill often, and the long power cord makes it easy to move around. Great value for the price paid. Its lightweight with a cord long enough to cover large areas. I wish it had a little more steam power, it seems to start really strong but dwindle a little as you use it, but lifting it for a second seems to bring it back. The attachments are easy to switch once you get the hang of it. I have only used a few times but overall am pleased with the results. ... show more

UPDATE 9/1/2025. Customer service at Leiken Steam cleaner has been very good. They addressed my problem with a part that needed to be fixed, and gave me an Amazon gift card for my trouble. Another 5 Star rating for this. Nice, lightweight and steam is very hot. I used this for the 1st time today. My old steamer quit working and I had company coming. It cleaned my tile floors perfectly. Easy to fill, and empty after use. Also the extra pads from my old steamer fit this machine. I’d recommend this for any household use. Next I’m going to try the grout cleaning attachment in our shower. Customer service at the company was very responsive to a question I had after ordering this product.
